A: You sign up through Quip which buyer beware has zero phone support, & ridiculously bad customer service. Good luck if you have any issues on your credit card transactions etc.

A: Our Sonic Toothbrushes are safe to use for ages 3 and up.
We’d recommend supervised brushing up to age 8 to ensure that your child is practicing good technique 2 minutes a day, both morning and night. Once their first permanent molars come in at age 6, it might be time to graduate from our Small Brush Heads to our Standard Brush Heads :)

No Glow
Bought for daughter, does not glow. We even left it in a windowsill for 12 hours and nothing. Luckily she likes the pink, but we're still pretty bummed.

Idea is great, poor execution of design.
This toothbrush head is a strange shape for my mouth and because of that, I don’t feel like it cleaned well. I don’t think I have a small mouth/teeth either, just average. The vibrations were also more in my hand then on my teeth, so after brushing my hand felt weird for a few minutes and I don’t feel like it really did anything to help with teeth cleaning. I returned it.

I love this brush. I didn’t realize I could replace the battery and tossed it when I couldn’t figure out how to get to battery to replace. I am ordering 3 more (mine, for hubby and for daughter. Will keep replacing heads and batteries. Long term fan of this one!

Faulty Mechanical Issue. Replacement Requested.
This is probably my 3rd or 4th quip, got the glow-in-the-dark for fun. Does NOT glow at all, but that's okay. I'm an adult. I seem to have gotten a faulty brush because every single time I brush my teeth, it quits after three seconds. It used to be after around 10 seconds, but now, not only does it quit after three, the cessation is now repetitive to the point where I can't keep this toothbrush. At first, I thought it was a battery issue, so I switched it to the battery, which housed my last Quip toothbrush, since I never had his issue with that. Not a battery issue. It's gotta be a mechanical issue. I already tossed my old Quip, so I can't go back to that either. Can I get a replacement with a different toothbrush? I don't mind paying some kind of a difference, but I can't stick with this Glow-in-the-Dark Sonic Toothbrush.

Excellent Brush Quality, Poor Handle Durability
The brush itself is great, but I've only had the toothbrush for a few days and the color on the handle is already wearing off. It doesn't affect how well the toothbrush works, but it's still disappointing to see the finish deteriorate so quickly.

I loved this toothbrush when I first got it - I like the travel case and holder, as well as the sleek design. I was only skeptical due to the reviews saying the battery runs out fast. Well, unfortunately it did, and to remove the top and replace the battery is so difficult. I’m going to keep trying but am disappointed as I enjoy the brush, but it’s not very user-friendly.

Poor quality
Do not buy one of these. This one is my 4th, and only lasted 10 days. The other 3 went a month or 2 at best. I changed the battery in each, but that didnt help. Too bad because they're the same size and shape of a normal toothbrush. I wanted it to work so bad is why I kept buying them.

Motor Failure
I too bought this when there was a lifetime warranty. Now there isn't and the motor keeps stopping. I even replaced my toothbrush and it too stopped working. Apparently, there is a failure with the motor that they won't fix. I guess they think you will just buy another toothbrush. I need to find another toothbrush. It's a shame because I actually liked the toothbrush when it worked.

Less gap between the thirty seconds
This new toothbrush has an unpleasant shorter gap between the quarters so if I’m not careful I don’t know until the tree stops then the end. I used to use the gaps every 30 seconds as que to move to another area of teeth.
