Q: I want to turn the air conditioner on, but it says it's below the set temperature, even though my room is still really hot. Is there a way to prevent it from turning off as soon as the temperature

  • A: This does not work. The ac does not turn on even when the room is 70°f. The auto feature is a terrible idea. I do not recommend this product.

  • A: Thank you for your question. Water will accumulate in the built-in water tank at the bottom of the machine body. We can unplug the water plug at the bottom of the back of the air conditioner to drain it, or we can connect a hose to drain it continuously.

    Does not work

    I read reviews and this item was highly rated. Unfortunately, this AC unit does not cool my space and I even bought the higher BTU to ensure it would cool my space. We have an old AC window unit that cooled way better than this. Would not recommend.

    Do not buy

    The air conditioning feature runs on an auto shut off when the room reaches the set temperature. The temperature sensor is off. The room was much hotter, we had two other thermometers in the room, both reading the same higher temp. The AC unit does not have constant run mode. There is no way to turn it back on unless you keep turning the setting lower or if it decides it is hot enough to turn itself back on, which we haven’t seen it do yet.

    Do not waste your money

    Do not buy! Target lept sending me emails to rate this item, right after I boughr ir. So here it goes. I waoted to rate it for a hot day. It was 88 yesterday amd thos ac ois horrible. It blew out so much hot hair amd did not cool my house down. My som was ablle to point ot at him like a fan, you should not be able to do this with a 10,000 BTU. No wonder it's on sale!

    If I could give it zero stars I would. The window kit is flimsy and floppy. You have to duct tape around everything to seal cracks and stabilize it some. I let it sit up for over 24 hours before installing everything and turning it on. The cooling mode didn't work AT ALL. Like wouldn't even blow air. I tried to call the number in the setup book for help during their business hours and it kept saying they weren't accepting calls at this time. Finding help online is a joke too. Immediately returning this today. Please save yourself the hassle and headache and duct tape.

    Quiet and surprisingly powerful
