A: Hello, Ayee. Thank you for your interest in this product! There are two ways to clean the filter: Surface cleaning – Use a clean, damp (well-wrung) cloth to wipe the air inlet and outlet. Deep cleaning – Open the back cover and use a cloth to clean the front and back covers, as well as the internal fan. For deep cleaning, we can provide a video if needed, but we recommend having a professional technician handle it to avoid damage. It is recommended to clean the filter every 1-2 months.

bought this for my daughter. it doesn't push out a lot of air and must be placed right by her head in order to feel the air. we still use it because its cute, matches her room, and she is still small and doesn't complain too much about it. but I already know I will be buying a different fan eventually. Just ok, I got it for about $55, which wasn't too bad for a tower fan.

I loved how cool my room was with this fan even if it was 85 outside…but I have only owned it for a month or so and it making a clicking noise…I am sad because the size, the height, the cool air it produces were all perfect! But I cannot stand the noise it’s like a deep clicking noise

I replaced the previous round floor fan in my son’s room with this one. It blends well with the design of the room, is small, and has a timer that turns it off after a predetermined amount of time. Although it’s a bit louder than I prefer, it’s not a big deal. I would recommend it

The fan performs admirably. When compared to my thermostat, the temperature display accurately indicates the room’s temperature. When the door is closed, the room typically cools by two degrees. It’s much bigger and taller than I had anticipated, but I should have double-checked the measurements. It has various noise levels, functions flawlessly overall, and has a handy remote control that must be aimed straight at the fan.

This greatly improves our quality of sleep. It has a nice remote control and is quiet and strong. The setting that sporadically alters speed to mimic wind patterns is my favorite feature. It’s difficult to explain, but you can program it to oscillate and change the airflow such that it feels like a light breeze is blowing through the room. The height is ideal for lying in bed, and it takes up a lot less room than the box fan we had before. Fantastic product!

It’s absolutely amazing to me that I ever slept without a fan! This has truly saved my life. Although some reviews claim that the LED temperature is off, I haven’t experienced any problems and it appears to be in line with what my air conditioner is set to. There’s just enough white noise to put me to sleep, but not too much. I heartily endorse this fan, particularly the adorable pink one!

I wanted a more contemporary fan because our old one broke down. My in-laws purchased two for their house, and my entire family is so enamored with this fan that we intend to purchase another for the bedroom. This fan is nearly perfect for my bedroom. This one works great for that. The remote is a nice bonus, letting me adjust it without getting up. There are many settings, and I’m still trying them out, but on the first night, I set it to low speed and oscillation, and it was perfect.
