Rada Cutlery 2-Inch Mini Server Solid Turner Spatula, Black Handle

I have a small server already but this one is a step up with its curved bend and shorter flat lift that makes it easier to get under food items, especially dessert bars in a pan.

I love this piece. It is small, easy to clean , strong and just a great tool in the kitchen, It also works well to break up hamburger when you cook a block of it . Totally worth every dollar!!!!!!!!!!

Nice and thin. Haven’t really tried it yet, but I see no reason why that won’t work to pick up some brownies with.

If you are cooking out of a 6" or 8" cast iron skillet, this is the "spatula" (mini server) you want. We found one years ago in Amish country, Ohio, and could not find another since. The one we have, and use frequently, developed a crack from too much pressure scrapping the iron skillet clean. We used and abused the little flipper for years! Fortunately, I found a barely legible stamp near the handle: RADA - I was thrilled to find the website and just ordered 3: one for the house, one for the camper and a spare! Love this product!

Love the mimi server, absolutely what I wanted. The knife sharpener I bought as a gift, so I can't comment on that.
