Ravensburger Disney Villainous Unstoppable! Family Board Game

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love new games in our house and this one did not disappoint. My kids (7 and 9) absolutely loved picking their villain and how each one has a different power. We all quickly caught on how to play; Including my youngest who caught on in one round. Gameplay takes about 25 minutes, which is perfect for us. We’ve played it several times over the past weeks and nobody’s gotten bored yet. I would definitely recommend for family game night!

This game takes a little bit to fully understand and has many pieces involved. for that reason I would recommend this game for older kids and adults. overall its a fun and engaging game! we love Disney and this game us a great way to interact with Disney Villains further. each villain has their own special abilities.

I tried this game as a Tryazon party. My tween guests really liked it. I thought the game was made out of good quality and was pretty to look at. My guests liked that each player played in their own realm but that their character pawns could overlap. It is fun that each time you play you can be a different villain and have different objectives to win. I wish it played more than 4.

This game is for a group of people who don’t mind spending a lot of time on a game. The setup probably takes double the amount of time as the gameplay itself. This game is fantastically made in terms of quality. They thought of everything and it comes with a lot of different pieces that all play a role in the game. It’s a lot and the instructions took me multiple times of reading through to be able to explain it. While it says good for kids 7 or 8+, I think 12+ is much more accurate with all the different things happening. The idea is great, the game is durable, the material quality is fantastic, but the game itself is a lot. Once you get the hang of playing it and setting it up a couple times I’m sure it will get easier. But, Ravensburger definitely didn’t limit themselves when making this. We received this game in a party pack from Tryazon and Ravensburger to try out with friends. We have played other Villianous games, but I love the way this one plays! Each Villian has some different way to meet the win conditions, and Each play through will be a little different. There are alot of pieces, so set up takes a good 5 minutes or so and may take a little longer the first play through. But overall its such a fun game to add to our collection!

Beautiful game! It takes a few minutes to set up and to learn the rules the first time, but once you start playing, it's a fun strategy game. Fans of Disney Villains will definitely enjoy this game. I received this game for free in exchange for an honest review from Tryazon.

We received this game as part of a promotion from Tryazon. I'll be honest, we tried to play this with 2 adults and 2 kids (5 and 8 years old). I was overwhelmed by the amount of game pieces, setup, and the instructions. We got the game setup but as I was trying to understand how to play and the differences between the characters, I gave up and we put it back in the box. I'm sure once you've played it a few times and understand the game, it would be enjoyable, I just didn't have the patience to get to that point. I think it would be better for older kids (which is stated on the box).

Received this game from Tryazon and upon opening the box it was a bit overwhelming with the setup and number of pieces and the instructions were a bit hard to follow at first. But, once game play started it was easy to catch on and our family had a blast being "villains"! The pieces of the game are well-made and sturdy which will lead to a long lifetime for this game. Playing as Disney villains was a lot of fun and our family will enjoy this game for game nights!

For the price of this game, it was a blast! I got it as part of a free sample party pack from Tryazon, but I would buy another one. I kind of wish there was an extension so more people could play, or a way to make teams or something. At first, I was apprehensive because it seemed like a lot to set up, and some of the instructions weren't very clear. I think we would have understood the instructions much better with a video or more examples, but once we got the hang of it, it was super fun and addicting--even the teenagers loved it!

I thought this game was a little bit harder to learn than other board games. For ages 7 and up, they had a hard time comprehending the game until we played it several times. I love the various Disney characters and movies that it features.

We got to try this game from Tryazon and Ravensburger. I loved the board design and all of the game pieces and cards. It has a great, colorful design and representation of Disney villains! Initially, it was a bit confusing but the set up instructions were easy to follow and once we were all set up and started to take turns, we quickly got the hang of it. My 7 year old daughter loved it the most! My 10 and 16 year old sons really embraced the strategy concept and were quite competitive blocking one another at every opportunity. My almost 12 year old son was not as into it but in his defense, I doubt there is any board game that would keep his attention like his Legos do! We really liked this game. It took us about an hour but I think future games will only take half the time because the set up and learning the game features took up some time this first time playing. Baby girl won the game so naturally, her brothers have vowed to get revenge in future games, just like villains do. 😜

A little confusing at first but ocne we got the hang of it the kids had so much fun

I received this from tryazon and ravensburg. We are avid game players, but the group at our party are not. This game was a bit complicated for them to grasp. I would need to try this one out with board game players to get a more accurate game play. However, artwork and game pieces were very nice quality.
