Q: Was there recently a formulation change with this? I bought it awhile back and it was white and creamy and smelled like birthday cake but when I went in store it looked like the shampoo is now orange inside and has a different smell

A: I noticed the same thing. My old bottle of shampoo that I finished said it was made with coconut, raw honey, and sweet almond milk. They've now changed it to coconut, agave, and sweet almond milk.

would not recommend. while it wasn’t the worst out there, as other reviews have said, it made my hair fall out. for the longest time i tried to convince myself that i was being paranoid but now that i have finally switched shampoo and conditioner,, there is a big difference in hair loss!!

People are using shampoo wrong. If you are claiming this shampoo dried out your hair and you don't use conditioner then that is on you for not using it right. You should be using a conditioner after shampoo no matter your hair type. If you dont use conditioner then of course your hair is going to feel dry lol what do you expect? We are in 2023, USE CONDITIONER!

Omg this product is amazing! After the first use my hair felt so much more manageable and so soft, I am so happy. I was using the Native brand for about a year and I swear my hair was just getting more dry. But this product brought my hair back to life almost immediately for the same price, plus a few more ounces. I will keep using this forever!

Truthfully I wanted to LOVE this product. I did my research. Bought it. I went through one bottle of it, cool I bought another a couple weeks ago. My hair falls out on a regular basis and I wanted to blame stress for it. Now I blame this shampoo system. It’s so bad I DREAD washing my hair! And i only wash my hair ONCE a week. I’m really sad & almost bald. I like their lip balms though. So these pictures were from tonight: hair on the wall was from the shower (not to mention the hair that was onthe floor) & then this is what came out after brushing my hair …

Got this 6 months ago. Clumps of hair would fall out! Gave it benefit of the doubt the hair loss was from stress……so I kept using it. Big mistake! This product thinned out my hair, made it flat, left residue, drying and wasn’t color safe. Don’t let the “Clean” look fool you!

I was excited to see that Target carried this RAW SUGAR brand of hair products. However they didn't have the shampoo or conditioner I used by them, so I thought I'd try the Smoothie Shampoo which caused terribly itchy scalp. Target customer service was excellent in every way on phone and issued a refund. I also wanted to mention the wonderful products I hope they will carry by RAW SUGAR, that don't cause a bad reaction, so I can order from Target.com: RAW SUGAR PRO REMEDY for color treated hair, Reconstruct Shampoo and Conditioner, White Orchid + Mushroom. My favorites!!!

Surprised there’s not a lawsuit against this brand yet. There should be if there’s not. This made my hair fall out in large chunks and caused so much dandruff and oil buildup. Sure it smells nice but if you care about your hair, never buy this product.
