A: Clarifying shampoo should not be used everyday or else it will dry the hair. Aim for once a week or once every other week

A: I know raw sugar used to label their products as silicone free on the bottle. I was wondering if they changed formulas. I just researched, and I believe they indeed are still silicone free.

Wow! Probably one of the best shampoos I’ve ever used in my life. I’m in the military and have to use so much gel to slick my hair back. I also have curly African-American hair and the shampoo gets all of the product buildup out of my hair and keeps my scalp so fresh I’ve never had had my hair cleaner. It also smells really good. Only shampoo I will buy from now on.

I’m so confused because the reviews seemed pretty good. I feel like it’s so hard to find a shampoo for fine and oily hair. Idk personally I didn’t like this I returned it.. my hair the next day looked like it was drenched in oil especially in the back

Never knew what the smell was going to be like and it’s great!! Love the consistency, it penetrates well through my medium thick hair. That’s why I keep buying raw sugar, it’s not too think and not too thick, the feeling is perfect! I used it twice before my 4 year old dumped it all over the walls. for reference, i have thin- medium density- high porosity 3b/3b curls. i’ve been suffering from some build up and scalp flakes for a while ever since i’ve been straightening my hair more. i cleansed w this shampoo about 3 times. it truly did clean my hair but wasn’t overly drying. the hair isn’t squeaky clean dry, but definitely clean with no more build up. no matting or knotting either like some more cleansing shampoos can do. super happy w this buy (:

This product is showing a "Excellent" rating in the Yuka app. Contains NO harmful silicone (endocrine disruptor) or sulfates (irritator). If you're trying to stay away from as many chemicals possible this is a good buy!
