Q: Was there recently a formulation change with this? I bought it awhile back and it was white and creamy and smelled like birthday cake but when I went in store it looked like the shampoo is now orange inside and has a different smell

A: I noticed the same thing. My old bottle of shampoo that I finished said it was made with coconut, raw honey, and sweet almond milk. They've now changed it to coconut, agave, and sweet almond milk.

DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT. I had been using this product for a year or so and suddenly had extreme amounts of hair loss. Additionally, my hair was feeling dry and my curls were frizzy. I’ve recently switched to a new product, it’s only been a few days, and the amount of hair I lose in the shower has decreased significantly. Do not buy this product, I wish I never had.

Supposed to be moisturizing, but it dries out my hair very badly. I have about half the bottle left, might have to toss it because I just hate the way my hair feels and looks after I’ve used it. Cannot recommend. I have generally found Raw Sugar to be a subpar brand, so I will avoid in the future!

I love the smell of this shampoo. I have noticed my hair becoming less frizzy and dry . There is way less breakage and way less hair falling out. I have really thick hair, so this is super helpful . I've used it on my daughter's curly hair, and it's made her hair very soft and bouncy.
