Perfect flat iron, should cost 10x more but super glad it doesn’t. Heats up really fast I use 370 temp only have to swipe my hair once Vs several times to get it soft and straight. I have always struggled trying to find the right flat iron for my hair type and at a reasonable cost... would Absolutely recommend for anyone that needs to take cost and time into consideration. If you don’t have a lot of time to spend on your hair (like me) this is the flat iron for you!
I've only had this product for about a week but I have to say it has a big punch for such a cheap flat iron. I purchased a L'ange at the same time as this and actually just returned the L'ange because I didn't like how it was straightening my hair compared to this! This is a great flat iron for the price. I'm impressed. I haven't given it a 5 star review because I haven't had it for a long period of time so I can't speak to it's longevity.
I’m very pleased with this flat iron. There’s no need to iron the same piece of hair more than once. It doesn’t leave a smell on my hair which my previous flat iron did. It’s easy to use and heats up fast.
I have been very happy with this purchase. I live in the south and have very fine hair that is naturally straight with a lot of flyaways. I hesitated getting a flat iron in the past because I thought it would be more complicated and time-consuming, for only a small amount of improvement. After reading the reviews I decided to give this one a try when it was on sale with a cartwheel discount a few weeks ago. I put mine on the second lowest setting (330) and do each side of my hair, which literally takes about 30 seconds. It takes maybe a minute to warm up but it feels like it’s less time than that. My hair looks much smoother and I am much more happy with it than I have been in the past. The only thing I would change is, like I think some other reviewers said, I would add a light or a sound or something that revealed when the iron had cooled down. This is one of the last things I do in the morning before I leave for work so it would be good not to have to worry about the temperature.
It’s a good straightener for $20 and my hair looks really good. The only negative about it is it was breaking my hair off while i was straightening it. I don’t like that because my hair is already very fragile and also because i like to curl my hair with a straightener and i would not even dare to try curling with this straightener.
My daughter is biracial and has course curly hair. She always wants it straightened but it gets expensive to have it done at the salon when she gets haircuts. I needed a flat iron that I could use at home to get similar results. This one does a decent job. It doesn’t look at good as when her stylist does it but I think it turned out pretty. She washes her hair then let it air dry. I sprayed a heat protector on prior to using it. Then finished with some shine spray. The purple color is amazing. The one thing I didn’t like was the placement of the display screen. It’s right where I was holding the iron and it affected my grip and I was sliding down the hair. I do like that the temperature is adjustable as I don’t like using the hotter setting on her hair that some irons use. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
