The liner is highly pigmented and very long-lasting. I know for sure that it can last longer than 16 hours—I have not tested the 24-hour claim. The bonus features that make this liner a real winner are That it twists up and it has a built-in smudger and sharpener. I found the matte navy liner ideal for a subtle pop of color and a casual look day as well a perfect for pairing with a bold, vibrant shadow for a more dynamic look. Once the liner sets it does not budge so if you plan to smudge out for a subtle wing or a smoky liner, work quickly. I am very pleased with the performance of this liner.

I usually stick to neutral liners so this was a fun change. It really made my blue eyes pop! Very easy to apply and had great staying power. I would definitely purchase in the future. I'd like to try some other fun colors as well! The price is great too!
