I had been using these eyeliners for many years, but lately, I've been finding that they break much more often than before, to the point that I'm reluctantly having to stop buying them. It's clear that Revlon changes the formulas of products from time to time without letting us know because you can tell a change in texture, but sometimes you can't tell if you just happened to get a dud. As I'm reading some of the reviews, I'm glad to see it wasn't just me. My mom also said the same thing about hers. Also, the charcoal and black brown always had different consistencies (charcoal was firmer, black brown softer and smudged more easily). But now, both of these seem to be breaking or crumbling too often.
I have used the ColorStay crayon eyeliners in various colors for many years. The Navy is my favorite, but of course it was discontinued years ago. For a few years, I was able to find it online, and I bought large quantities to stock up, but now they are so rare they are ridulous in price. I have the same problem with the black liners breaking that so many other people have complained about. I use a lot of Revlon products. I am finding it very frustrating that Revlon doesn't appear to even care what the customers are saying. I would think that the Navy would be one of the best selling liners. Why can't you just bring it back? And...maybe you should consider going back to the formula that didn't cause so much breakage.
I have used the Colorstay eyeliner for decades. It is the only eyeliner I can ever remember buying. I put it on in the morning and it stayed in that spot but not anymore. It is so soft and does not last 8 hours. It is barely noticeable by evening. What happened to my one and only eyeliner??
I have used the product for years and loved it. But the last time I bought it the color did not stay in place long - it smudged all down below my eyes. It didn't last even a few hours before spreading. Also, the teal was so beautiful until this last purchase when it became shimmery rather than matte. Why did you change the color??? I wanted so badly to keep using the product I had grown to love, but I just can't. Revlon - go back to your old formula and color!
