Q: How long can one expect the silicon bristles to last. My curler is not that old but the bristles are popping off. I love that is holds and curls my hair the correct amount but not so happy about the lasting of the appliance.
A: I have found that the silicone bristles break off if you use it on the high setting regularly. I usually get a year out of one, but the company is very good at replacing it as long as it's within the long warranty.
submitted bylmarine6523 - 4 years agoA: The bristle started falling out of mine immediately. I like the brush so I kept using it. A lot of bristles have fallen out in a couple weeks. Going to have to return it also before he has no bristles left.

Q: Are the strips of bristles removable? I like a few rows of bristles to catch the ends of my hair, but don't want rows of bristles all the way around the barrel because it tangles my hair.
