Q: Are there 32 foil cups or 16 foil and 16 paper?

Q: Can the paper cup inserts also be used separately for another bake?
A: Hi Not sure, Our Reynolds Kitchens Baking Cups are packed with paper separators to prevent the foil cups from fusing together during manufacturing. These paper separators should be removed before filling the foil baking cups with batter. Therefore, should not be used in baking, Hope it helps!
