I am returning rechargeable lighter due to a terrible design choice. Although it shows fully charged, the ignition is unreliable and often fails. The button requires excessive force if you have to press it like you’re cracking a safe, something is wrong. Unfortunately, this item cannot be returned by mail, so I am required to make a special trip to the store to return it. I am very disappointed, as I expected better quality from this brand.

I”ve been charged for an item I did not receive. I ordered it during recent ice / snow storms in case of power outage to light jar candles. It is expensive ,$20, for a match lighter. and not been refundable

This a must for households!
So easy to use! Very nice to have around the home instead of a bunch of lighters or matches. My mom has RA in her hands and she can’t use any lighter to light candles. She would get so upset with herself because she would have to ask someone to light the candles for her if she couldn’t find the matches, but now that I have bought this amazing lighter it has been a game changer for her. She says that we wished that we had found this sooner.

Does work! I came here to give a negative review about how this did not work. I had thrown away the box and had left it charging for a day and then couldn't get it to light. After reading through multiple reviews I saw one that explained you have to push the green power button for it to ignite. That worked. So moral of the story - read instructions, don't throw them away until you are sure, read reviews first. So glad I saw that review. Love this now. Beautiful and aesthetic way to leave out a candle lighter. Recommend.
