Easy to install and worked great for me, I’ve had a few Ring products now and I will always continue to be a customer of theirs, I just upgrade to the newer models when I’m able to, the sound quality is always great, the field of view is wide and clear.

I’m very impressed with the quality of this bundle. The Doorbell provides a great field of view and the two-way talk feature is very handy for deliveries. The Indoor Cam is surprisingly compact and the new privacy shutter is a great touch for when you're home. Setup took less than 20 minutes for both. If you want a straightforward, effective security system without a complicated install, this is the way to go."

I’ve had the ring alarm system for 6 years now and I love it all devices work well they are reliable. I love the App. The value for the set is great but the extra monthly or yearly cost is toooo expensive in my opinion

Bell works really well I get great picture quality and I can get alerted even before they reach the doorbell. The audio is extremely clear and you're able to converse with the person at the door I have mine hooked up through my Alexa, so I get alert and visual here as well.

I’ve had a great experience with Ring. Setup was quick and easy through the app, and the video quality is clear day and night. Motion detection is accurate, and I like being able to customize the alert zones. The battery life has been good so far, and everything stays connected without any issues. Not recording all motion/movement
I've only installed the battery doorbell. It is not recording all motion despite set up to the highest sensitivity. My mom lives in an apt. building and I tested it out by walking the hallway several times with her. It only recorded us walking by once. Not sure what is going on, but I need a more reliable unit. Disappointed.

The Ring Battery Doorbell uses Passive Infrared (PIR) motion detection, which detects changes in heat signatures as people move through the detection zone. In an indoor hallway environment, the ambient temperature can be very close to body temperature, which can make it more difficult for the sensor to consistently distinguish motion. Additionally, hallways present a unique challenge because motion is often detected best when a person is moving across the camera's field of view rather than directly toward or away from it.
