Good, not the best!
Ring cameras could use improvements. To preface this review I live in a rural area, when it gets extremely windy the audio is worthless. Had someone come to my door, tried to talk to them and could see their lips moving but no sound other than the wind. It’s 2026, other cameras have found a way around the wind noise. Ring needs to get with the program. The batteries seem to last about a month. The weight is fine, not too heavy, not too light. The design is fine too. But I think they need to improve on the picture quality and audio quality especially since this is their premium camera.

The ring battery doorbell plus is a must have doorbell for all homes, businesses, apartments, etc. The doorbell is super easy to install. The doorbell camera also will stand through all temperatures and weather that you may endure across the United States video is clean and not chappy like other video cam doorbells. The audio is also seamlessly good as it does record and show in real time. I used to go with the competitors doorbell, security camera, now I will never go back. The app is easy to use, convenient and affordable. If anyone has ever said, I need to update my security, this is your go to. Thanks Ring!!

I was excited to get the Ring camera but it’s not working to my expectations. It worked for about 2 days and went “off line”. Tried re-setting it and that didn’t work. Removed battery and re-installed and it worked. Two days later and it’s off line again. Not happy!! We have a Nest camera and love it!!

Having a solid connection ensures you do not miss any activity around your home. We are here today to provide you with education to assist you in finding the best solution for your home’s environment. It sounds like you experienced some connection issues with the device. Usually, devices falling offline repeatedly is related to poor wifi connectivity caused by signal fluctuations, channel congestion, or data loss. To determine whether the problem is caused by poor upload speed, run a speed test to determine if your network can support Ring devices. In addition to ensuring that you have sufficient wifi speeds, you will also want to check the signal strength of your device. Ring devices that show higher resolution video need faster internet. Your Ring device will adjust video quality based on your internet speed, but needs at least 1 Mbps to work and 2 Mbps is recommended for optimal performance. A poor wifi signal can cause connectivity with your Ring device to be unreliable. Check the Device Health section of your Ring application to ensure the device’s RSSI is within an acceptable range. The recommended range for optimal performance is 0 to -60 for the RSSI. If your networking equipment hasn’t been power cycled in a while, try unplugging it for 30 seconds and plugging it back in. Wireless networks utilize different channels for communication. In the United States, the 2.4 GHz band uses channels 1-11 and the 5 GHz band uses channels 36-165. In some cases, setting up your Ring device(s) can fail due to wireless interference or congestion. Dont buy ring cameras from target
Don’t buy any ring cameras from here they are not considered an authorized ring dealer and they will deny any warranty’s because ring says they did not authorize the sale!!! Stay away from ring anyways it doesn’t work I’ve been broken into 3 times and was not informed of any people or allergies by camera at all

I was always against having cameras in or around the house but I’m so glad my husband convinced me! I love being able to access and check on my phone. When salesman come to the door and the dogs bark I can just check the camera and know I don’t have to answer or be seen by them!
