Rocco & Roxie Stain & Odor Eliminator is the one to reach for when pet accidents happen and it's time to restore peace, love and carpets. Its professional-strength bio-enzymatic formula goes to work at once, releasing active bacteria that feed on ammonia residue left behind in pet urine and other organic materials. This product contains natural enzymatic bacteria that are activated on contact with odors and stains, feeding on ammonia crystals and organic matter until they are completely eliminated. It eliminates not only the stain but also the odor deep down within the carpet at its source; which discourages re-soiling.   • A: Our product will not deter your pet, if it's attracted because of something other than the smell of urine (territorial marking, medical issues, surface preference, etc). It might help break their habit if you block the area off to help with the behavior aspect.

Q: Will this product remove dog urine from grout between tiles?

  • A: Many customers have had success using our product on hardwood and tile floors. You can spray or pour it on and leave it. Let it work its way down into the cracks and crevices as urine would, to get down and eliminate it. If there is a little bit of a film or residue (from the mild soaps) after it dries, you can simply wipe/mop it up with warm water. Please note, the product label does state to pre-test color fastness on a hidden area prior to use. We always recommend that you err on the side of caution and recommend spot-testing a small inconspicuous area first when applying any product. We also wanted to let you know, if there was any other cleaning solution used before our product, this could render our Stain & Odor Eliminator ineffective. There are some ingredients that can kill the enzymes and beneficial bacteria in our product.

Wipe with a clean cloth or paper towel to remove excess 3. For heavy buildup, agitate stained surface with a brush For Fabric and Carpet: 1. Open sprayer tip and spray spot 2.     Does NOT work!

    It does not get ride of cat urine smell. I sprayed the area three times and it did nothing. I continued to smell like cat urine I had to use bleach!

    Disappointing!

    Disappointing! I bought this based on the positive reviews but I'm so disappointed. The spray leaves a residue on my floors and it smells bad. Maybe it removes the smell of urine, but it's hard to tell because it seems that I've just swapped one bad smell for another.

    Auto little box odor eliminator

    I have two large cats, but have not needed to use this cleaner on any stains. I have used it to clean their automatic litter box. After a while, the rubber shell absorbs odors and smelled even after cleaning it. This Rocco & Roxie odor eliminator has helped cut down the smell. I know use it to wipe down the inside of the unit frequently.

    Horrible smell, bad for my asthma

    This spray smells weird to me and it really activates my airway and causes my asthma to flare up. I think it is effective at removing cat urine but I hate using it. My carpet smells like this weird spray until I use a carpet cleaner. It’s also crazy expensive and the spray part of the bottle broke.

    The best pet cleaner

    I decided to try this based off reviews and wow it did not disappoint. It really puts all the other cleaners and deodorizers. It smells really good too! I’ve used it on my couch and carpet and it’s all I’ll use now. Worth the price point.

    Urine stains

    First product that has ACTUALLY removed the urine stains. I’ve tried MANY. I sprayed the area-let it soak for a while, then covered it with a white towel, covered that with something heavy & left overnight. When I peeled back the towel-it was a moment of anticipation. Gone. This product does what it says.

    This is maybe my favorite product. Not just to do with dog mess— my favorite product of any kind. I would describe the original scent as odd, but pleasing. My dog doesn’t really poop or pee inside the house, but she pukes a LOT, and the stain odor and eliminator always does the trick. I just cleaned up vomit that had clearly been there for hours while I was at work, and it still worked on the stain on the carpet and the odor.

    Best I’ve found so far

    I thought I’d tried everything in an attempt to get the smell out of my bathroom floor where a cat had peed while we were out of town and had set for days before being discovered and nothing had worked, so I really didn’t have any expectation of this working either but I finally gave in to the algorithm and figured for the price it’d be worth a shot. I’m still not going to say it’s completely gone but this has definitely done something and it’s much, much better. Smell might even be gone but I’m so stuck on it it seems like it’s still there to me. Either way, you won’t regret buying it.

    The only shampoo I will ever use going forward. I have two cats. cats puke. When I tell you this got up every stain out of my carpets…I will not be using anything else ever again. This stuff is AMAZING! So much so that I just ordered the spray stain remover.

    Removed dog pee on camper carpet.

    We had rented our camper and the Renters let their dogs pee on the carpet! It’s old carpet but they left it stained and nasty. I applied the spray and rubbed it with a paper towel. The stain came out after 2 applications and smelled much better!

    Worked better than expected

    Easy directions and minimal effort - the stains came right up without having to scrub. I tried several times with another cleaner to get urine stains up from the white carpet of our new home. This only made the urine smell stronger and color more visible. I read the reviews of Rocco & Roxy having an overpowering smell, but I figured it could not be worse than the urine. (Yes it's strong at first but pleasant later on.) I sprayed a few stains and let sit for a couple hours. Then I used paper towels and weights to hold over the spots. The next day you could see all of the urine soaked into the towels and magically out of the carpet. I was so excited and couldn't believe it. Would highly recommend this product to anyone!
