Description
Root out the toughest weeds and grasses with Roundup® Dual Action Weed & Grass Killer Plus 4 Month Preventer with Sure Shot™ Wand. This formula kills existing weeds and grass down to the root, and prevents new weeds from growing for up to 4 months by creating an invisible barrier in the soil. Apply only where you want to kill existing weeds AND prevent future weed growth for up to 4 months, such as cracks and crevices in driveways, sidewalks, and patios, along fences, in mulched beds or around the base of well-established desirable plants, shrubs, or trees, and on gravel areas. In order to prevent new weeds and grasses from growing, you must spray the entire area you want to control, not just the emerged weeds. For best results, apply during warm, sunny weather above 60°F. Rain or watering 30 minutes after application will NOT wash away effectiveness. After application, weeds will begin to yellow and wilt within hours with complete kill in 1 to 2 weeks. All ornamental bedding plants (annuals and perennials), trees, shrubs, sod and seed can be planted 4 months after application. Roundup® Dual Action covers up to 300 sq. ft.

It should not be used to spot treat individual weeds in the lawn. It can damage/kill any green growing plant that it is sprayed on, including grasses. This product can be used to renovate (reseed) the lawn. Wait 4 months to seed or place sod after the last application of this product. A: Roundup Dual Action Weed & Grass Killer Plus 4 Month Preventer can be used in landscape beds and around trees and shrubs but should not come in direct contact with wanted plants either through direct spray, drift or over-spray. Only apply around the base of well-established (at least 6 months) desirable plants, shrubs or trees. DO NOT USE in areas that will be planted or seeded within 4 months. If it does come in contact with wanted plants it should be washed off immediately. The longer it is on the plant the more likely damage is to occur to that plant.

Long time loyal customer. Can't be more unhappy about the performance of this new formula. Didn't realize it had changed. What a waste of my money. I bought and used this 13 days ago. I sprayed a large amount of the product on various areas. Weeds still growing strong. Nothing like the old product. False advertising. No good. Shame on you Bayer!

It killed a whole flower bed that was over ran with weeslds in 2 days. I sparyed it on it once and they were dead todays later. Sprayer helps a lot better then a spary bottle. I think it speeds more and you get a more powerful stream. When I run out I will be getting more. I have other projects around the house im going to use it on to see if it helps.

I also love that the instructions are shown in a picture form, so it makes it easy to understand how to use it. I used a hose attachment to apply it, I poured the amount I needed into the container and sprayed the spots where I needed the weeds gone. After about 24 hours you could see the weeds turning brown and after 72 hours they were completely dead. The roundup was applied on a sunny day, temperature around 90 and the days after were the same.
