Description
Root out the toughest weeds and grasses with Roundup® Dual Action Weed & Grass Killer Plus 4 Month Preventer with Sure Shot™ Wand. This formula kills existing weeds and grass down to the root, and prevents new weeds from growing for up to 4 months by creating an invisible barrier in the soil. Apply only where you want to kill existing weeds AND prevent future weed growth for up to 4 months, such as cracks and crevices in driveways, sidewalks, and patios, along fences, in mulched beds or around the base of well-established desirable plants, shrubs, or trees, and on gravel areas. In order to prevent new weeds and grasses from growing, you must spray the entire area you want to control, not just the emerged weeds. For best results, apply during warm, sunny weather above 60°F. Rain or watering 30 minutes after application will NOT wash away effectiveness. After application, weeds will begin to yellow and wilt within hours with complete kill in 1 to 2 weeks. All ornamental bedding plants (annuals and perennials), trees, shrubs, sod and seed can be planted 4 months after application. Roundup® Dual Action covers up to 300 sq. ft.

A: We apologize for any confusion created by the map on the product label. Roundup Dual Action Weed & Grass Killer Plus 4 Month Preventer is recommended for landscape and hardscape use. It should not be used to spot treat individual weeds in the lawn. It can damage/kill any green growing plant that it is sprayed on, including grasses. This product can be used to renovate (reseed) the lawn. Wait 4 months to seed or place sod after the last application of this product. A: Roundup Dual Action Weed & Grass Killer Plus 4 Month Preventer can be used in landscape beds and around trees and shrubs but should not come in direct contact with wanted plants either through direct spray, drift or over-spray. Only apply around the base of well-established (at least 6 months) desirable plants, shrubs or trees. DO NOT USE in areas that will be planted or seeded within 4 months. If it does come in contact with wanted plants it should be washed off immediately. The longer it is on the plant the more likely damage is to occur to that plant.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time using roundup and i mudt say it's the King for weed killers. 24 hours after spraying, the weeds started changing to yellow and after a few days, it was a full kill. It comes with a shield for the spray nozzle to protect from overspray that would harm desirable plants, which is a plus. The jug and spray nozzle is well made and durable. The spray is adjustable to meet the needs of the task at hand

The packaging is nice since it comes with a handle to spray the Roundup. I think it’s a great value for money compared to subscription from companies that come out.

This Bray is very effective and easy to use. The spray nozzle which is attached to the bottle, dispenses a fairly decent amount of product each time you spray it. The scent is heavy to me because I have a very sensitive nose but it is what is expected for a grass and weed killer. I've always loved the fact that Roundup puts the list of active ingredients and other ingredients on the front of the bottle. The transparency of the brand has been something that I've always respected because it seems they respect their customers as well.

I've had some products that even seem to make them grow more. However, this product works good. I've used it in flowerbeds around plants, and it has not affected them - only the weeds. It keeps my flowerbeds looking good. I like the sprayer too.

I spray it and come back a couple of days to check on it. It kills on the weeds, and until now, I don't see weeds come back. It is easily to use hose to spray.
