Roundup For Lawns4 is a tough weed killer for use on Southern grasses that kills weeds, not the lawn (when used as directed). This product kills 93 types of weeds, including dollarweed, dandelion, clover, and yellow nutsedge (see inside booklet for weed list). It can be used on Southern grasses, including Bermudagrass, Bahiagrass, Centipede, and St. Augustine (including Floratam). The ready-to-use formula with our extended wand makes it ideal for targeting weeds in hard to reach places. In fact, one gallon of Roundup For Lawns4 treats up to approximately 2,000 weeds. This product starts working immediately and is rainproof in 4 hours. Roundup For Lawns4 kills the root so weeds won’t come back. The best time for broadleaf weed applications is when weeds are young, actively growing, and soil moisture is adequate. A: Hello, we recommend when applying Roundup for Southern Lawns4 Ready-to-Use do, not apply within drip-line of trees or shrubs or to exposed roots. Keep 18 to 20 inches away from ornamental plants.

Q: Will this work on sandbur? Is it safe on zoysia grass?

A: Roundup for Southern Lawns4 Ready-to-Use may be applied to dormant bermudagrass, dormant zoysiagrass and dormant bahiagrass. Use caution when applying this product to warm-season turfgrasses when turf is going into dormancy in the fall or coming out of dormancy in the spring as some injury may occur. Sandbur is not included on the list of weeds that this product controls. We would suggest using a product such as Roundup Weed & Grass Killer (Concentrate Plus, Super Concentrate, RTU). But please be aware non-selective controls such as Roundup will damage all vegetation, including the lawn. So if you are using this on your lawn, only use this as a spot treatment for the individual weeds, spray when there is no wing and directly into the center of the weed.

Q: Will it kill my Garden?,i have some of this but am reluctant in using it because i do not want to kill my vegetables is this product ok?

A: The Roundup for Lawns Southern should not be sprayed near your vegetables. Keep 18 to 20 inches away edible plants.

I mixed according to the directions in the 1Gal bottle shown and all but poured the solution on weeds and nothing. I feel like this could be more effective as intended, but it didn't work for me. I've tried twice on different areas to include the driveway. I added about 1/4 cup more on the last application, and nothing changed the next day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this product to try out for my honest opinion, had it delivered for a while, i was just waiting for right time to use it on unwanted weeds that popped up in my yard, liquid itself it thick and followed instructions to mix it, i already had roundup sprayer so was convenient to use it to mix with 2 gallon sprayer. This product is perfect for spot treatments and as it says it doesn’t harm grass, did application yesterday evening and check few spots today, honestly couldn’t find any weeds and few spots seem to be drying/dying weeds without harming grass..So this product definitely works on certain weeds instantly and for some weeds it takes couple of days.. Hopefully other products i get will help prevent crabgrass’s, this treats all other weeds other than crabgrass.. one of these should last 3-4 months for spot treatments ( 0.5 acre ) yard..

I would love to try this on my whole area but unfortunately I have a well and the force isn't enough for large areas. So ill be getting the version that I can mix in a pump sprayer

We put it on a variety of different weeds in our yard in Georgia and after about 72 hours we could see the weeds dying off. It worked well on dandelions and white clovers. I think it is a great choice for your southern lawn this summer.
