Description
RTIC's 22 QT Ultra-Light Wheeled Cooler is built to roll wherever the adventure takes you. Made with RTIC's unique Ultra-Light design, this injection-molded cooler is 30% lighter than rotomolded coolers of similar capacities. With up to 2.3" of closed-cell foam insulation this cooler keeps contents cold for up to 4 days when following RTIC's cooling tips. With an upright design this cooler holds up to 28 cans or 6 wine bottles while taking up minimal space. All-terrain wheels and a telescoping handle make transport easy, while silicone T-latches, a freezer-style gasket, and Rapid V-Drain system keep everything secure and easy to drain. Includes a built-in bottle opener, silicone cargo net for storage, and non-skid rubber feet to stay in place.

I ordered this hoping to take it to softball tournaments. The ice doesn’t even last a few hours and I’m having to drain water from it. It says it should last day but it no where near lasts that long. Very disappointed.

Great Cooler, seems extremely well built. I got the cold divider as well. Bought this mostly due to the size, thinking it would fit a specific spot on my boat, and I believed I was getting less insulation and was ok with it. I have been very impressed with the ice holding abilities. Georgia Summer Sun is not the best place to try and keep iced drinks, but the last lasted over the weekend from Friday night and still had a few floaters Sunday night when we got home

Cooler is relatively heavy even when empty. Carry by neoprene shoulder strap is problematic, not functional given cooler weight & hard exterior cooler edges. Accessories: dividing freeze panel, top tray further reduces usable interior space. Replace dividing panel with flat bottom ice sheet. PLEASE consider form molded cup holders in corners of hard cooler tops!!!

The cooler has been excellent in its performance. It's a little heavier than I expected but a justifiable trade-off for its ability to keep the contents cool in the heat. The one area that I'm not a big fan of is the carry handle/shoulder strap. It would be nice to have a dedicated carry handle that was more solid than the shoulder strap trying to double as a handle. It works but is a bit cumbersome. All in all I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

I read that it wheels easily in sand but I don’t find this to be true. It only moves easily on wet sand. Also with the retractable handle I can hear that it has sand in it after one use. So much space is taken from the cooler for the wheels that it is not nearly as large as it looks. The ice pack divides the cooler into such small spaces that the only thing you can put in it is drinks. It keep food cold for a good amount of time. But overall I am very disappointed with this cooler.

Like the quality and size of the product. The design does NOT provide for easy transportation on soft sand as advertised. The wheels are not tall enough, and the bottom corner drags like a plow, fortunately it’s not too heavy. Also, the drain plug is in the middle of The corner that drags. I hit that and almost knocked it off on debris on the beach.

The weight is just right, not to light so it falls over while rolling, or too heavy to pull. The wheels are exceptional for balance and rolling. The construction quality is amazing. The handle is very sturdy and just the right height.

This is the second RTIC i have ordered within a year and they both leak. I have an older RTIC that works fine that has the same drains as the Yeti's have. the newer drains are awful and i can't even transport these in my SUV without them making a mess!!!
