I have been loving this tool for cleaning lately. It makes it so easy to get out tough stains and the battery life lasts pretty long. I also use it for all different areas of the house. It also is small so it’s easy to navigate as well as ergonomic.
Would not buy again.

I have had this unit for over a year. Use it several during the last few months to clean sink corners and cooktop surfaces. I too thought that the unit was under powered when it worked. Went to use today and nada. Batteries are fine and fully charged. Now it is a worthless piece of plastic. I will not buy this product again. You are better off buying a small hand held rechargeable screw driver with small brush attachments to clean stuff.

I ordered this a while ago for a project. Took it out today for the first time. It worked for 30seconds and then stopped. I replaced the batteries, still nothing. What a waste.

the softest pressure cause the device to no longer work. save your money and by a cheap electric tooth brush as this power scrubber has not power and is loud and annoying.

Like many of the other reviews, I find this product poorly designed, rather fragile. I used the brush for 15-20 minutes, and now the scrubber is work when any pressure. is applied. The scrubber rattles and makes a ton of noise, but no scrubbing happens.

Works great when it works however it only works a few minutes, then it quits. Sometimes even only 30 seconds. If you play around with it for 15 or 20 minutes you might get it to work but again, just a minute or 2. Really disappointed.

I was very excited to get this appliance, but have been completely underwhelmed by its performance. It doesn’t have enough power to clean my grout. It keeps stopping when I put any pressure on it. Can only be used for very small jobs.

The variety of attachments is fantastic and makes it easy to get into all the corners and hard-to-reach spots. While I wouldn't use it for every surface, it's perfect for tackling those really tough areas that need extra scrubbing power. Recently, I bought the Power Scrubber 18-piece kit. The tool works fine so far, but I am disappointed that I cannot find replacement parts, particularly the blue non-scratch scrubber pads. The brushes will eventually need to be replaced too, and the only one I can find online is the grout brush. It's frustrating to invest in a product only to discover that essential replacement parts are not readily available. I had high hopes for this kit, and while it performs well initially, the lack of support for maintaining the tool's functionality over time is a significant drawback. I hope the manufacturer addresses this issue by making replacement parts more accessible to customers.

And the fact that it comes with so many versatile tips for so many different uses of surfaces is amazing, I absolutely love that! I haven’t used it long enough yet to know how long the battery lasts, but it is a very strong scrubber. It is a little noisey but that doesn’t bother me one bit. Overall it’s an amazing useful tool for our household! Dishes, counters, grout, mirrors.. It can literally clean so many different surfaces. I love it!!

Let me tell you, I’ve tried them all to clean the small areas on my tub and sink, but the other tools were OKAY. This one by Rubbermaid is 10/10. We have sliding shower doors so grime always get stuck in the smallest of cracks. This is wonderful doing the job. I love the different size adapter pieces. It cleans beautifully!!!! It serves the same purpose like an electrical toothpaste, but instead of teeth it’s for facets, knobs, etc.

It works well but I do have to apply pressure to get those tough areas. I wish the smaller heads rotated instead of vibrate. In the end it works well and I enjoy using it.
