You will need a base coat of a solid gold. This is more of a topper than anything. The can was also leaking and the cap was difficult to remove. You'll need multiple coats.

It’s pretty! And very sparkly but you can’t use this can by itself as the main coat. You definitely have to spray this over another color to give it a glimmer/sparkly feel. I had to go back to the store to buy a regular gold spray paint can and then use this over top of it to eve n see the glitter. Otherwise you can barely tell you spray painted anything.

When you spray it doesn’t really cover well. I had to go over the same spots several times on my daughters crocs. And was already coming off after one day of use. A lot of times there was no glitter coming out and some oily clear spray instead
