Definitely a miss
Dry, bitter, and overall disappointing. I love chimichurri and I love hummus, and think this could have been an amazing combo if the chimichurri didn't taste like dry herbs. I threw out almost an entire container; thaaaanks. There are other Sabra hummus varieties that I like a lot, so I'll likely buy this brand again but not this one.

I’ve never been a fan of Sabra, but I love chimichurri, so I held out hope and even waited to try this with the right accoutrements. Unfortunately, it completely missed the mark. The flavor was harsh and unbalanced, and the chimichurri tasted more like stale dried herbs than anything fresh—despite its vibrant appearance. Even with crackers, pita, or veggies, it left an unpleasant aftertaste. Won’t be buying this again.

A healthy delicious snack
