Somewhat unique, worth trying
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took me a while to find this one, I don’t think it was released in all of my local stores. It looked and smelled good when I opened it. I am a huge fan of both falafel and humus, so I wasn’t shocked that I really enjoyed the taste. It does have an interesting texture, but I think if you’re open to it, it’s worth trying. I didn’t notice it having more acidity than other hummuses I’ve tried. It seemed fairly typical. If I had a deal or saw it on sale, I would buy again.

I Will Keep Eating This
I tried Sabra falafel style for the first time today as a dip with baby carrots. I was really happy with the flavor and spices. I was raised with Mediterranean foods and this flavor profile was true to that.

Love Hummus, But This One Didn’t Work for Me
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a big hummus fan—it’s one of my favorite go-to dips because it’s so versatile. I love pairing it with pita, chips, fresh veggies, and even using it in wraps. So I was really excited to try a new flavor from Sabra, especially one inspired by falafel, which I also love. It came packed in the standard tub which in easy to use. Unfortunately, this one didn’t quite hit the mark for me. The flavor was underwhelming and lacked the depth and spice I was hoping for. the texture was fine but it had a slightly bitter aftertaste, which was a letdown. No one in my family really enjoyed it either. I’m not sure if I got a bad batch, but based on this experience, I wouldn’t be eager to try this particular flavor again.

The texture was good but the taste left a little to be desired. I think the falafel flavor detracted from the overall taste. I'd buy Sabra hummus again but not this flavor.

The taste is very very good.
It’s really really good and so is the chimichurri. I’m hoping they come out with a large container of both. Open till now, I only bought the classic and the roasted pinenuts. These two new ones are real winners.

Strong Flavor

As with other Sabra flavored hummus, there is a mountain of seasonings in the center. I like to mix it all up before dipping carrots, chips, etc. This makes the flavor less intense. I am a fan of plain hummus so unfortunately, the flavor was a bit intense for me.

Tastes just like it was homemade. I love the easy and convenient packaging which makes it easy for use to take along in trips and it's affordable. We definitely are life long fans!
