I accidentally dropped the right earbud from about 2 feet, and it immediately started emitting a high-pitched ringing sound — loud enough that I was genuinely worried it might damage my eardrum. After checking Reddit, I found that others have had similar issues. Thankfully, after about 20 minutes of gently shaking the earbud, the ringing stopped and it returned to normal. Since then, both earbuds have worked fine, and the sound quality is actually pretty good. But that initial issue definitely shook my confidence in the build quality.
Wish I could return these. Worst purchase.

These buds have Amazing sound quality and noise canceling. I Bought because I wanted to try the new design due to the incorporation of silicone tips however, these have been THE MOST ANNOYING buds I've ever used. My ears are not small, i have used many types of buds in the past, but these, even with the smallest tip, are always falling out of my ear and I need to adjust every 1-2 minutes. If there's any movement, they fall out really quickly, EVEN SMILING with them on causes them to fall ._. What?? The controls are innovative gestures but not practical because as soon as I try to pause or adjust volume by swiping up/down no matter how careful I am, it'll just make the bud come off and if I try to pause/unpause most times I have to try like 3 times beforebit actually works. Reminds me of the galaxy buds live with the nice bean design but no sensibility to the touch whatsoever. I think the most sensitive to touch (and better overall) of all the buds were the first ones that came in the pill case.
Won't stay in my ears.

Excellent sound quality, good fit with customizable options, easy to use controls, long listening time and quick charge. All good except for the MOST IMPRESSIVE aspect...waterproof! Six months ago, both my Buds3Pro buds accidentally went through a 47minute laundry cycle in my washer. I assumed they'd be unusable or at best damaged in some way but no, they worked perfectly and are still going strong today. True water resistance!!

Great headphones for sound quality and noise canceling. But by far the worst Samsung product I own. I had bought a total of three buds 3 and 2 bud 3 pro each pair has the same issue will only charge when they want to. After owning 3 I dont think is a coincidence anymore

I went into buying these with the hope that I was getting a better product then the samsung bud 2 but I've had nothing but issues with my samsung bud pro 3 the ear tips don't fit my ears. I've tried all three that was packaged and can't get a good seal, so I'm on my second aftermarket set given the last pair works better but it still doesn't seal good enough to pass a fit test unless I hold them firmly in with my fingers. Im really disappointed in spending this much money to end up with what I received.

I'm a loyal Samsung customer. My phone, watch, TV, and tablets are all Samsung. I loved the Samsung Buds 2 pro. I had to replace them because of some cracking of the plastic shell on the left bud. I wasn't to sure about the new bud pro 3's because of the design to much like airpod. I was completely right the design sucks. The pro2's are perfect you forget that they're in your ear and they don't fall out. The pro3's suck they fall out easily and feel weird in the ear. Please bring back the pro 2 design for the next bud pro design. Would hate to have earbuds from a different company. Right ear bud doesn't charge needs a magnet or something to keep it connected.

I owned the product for approximately 2 months. Last week before my trip, my earbuds case was rained on and it stopped functioning. Samsung requested a large sum to replace or fix which is as close to the actual price of the product despite owning it for only 2 months. To make things worse, they required a reply within 1 day which i didn't make in time to reply.
