Also, 4 days after mounting the TV, a white light appeared in the bottom left corner. I had to have it serviced/ most of the TV replaced within weeks of getting it. All in all, I'm underwhelmed.

I think it's pretty cool! I haven't done it permanently because you have to pay for it but during the trials it has been really cool! They have a great amount of content to make it a picture. The TV itself is crystal clear. Sound is great. It was very easy to install. I set it up with my existing Samsung account which made it a breeze. The number of apps it comes with is amazing. I am never without anything to watch. I would choose this TV again any day!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 43" Samsung The Frame TV has been the perfect addition to our kitchen. It lets us enjoy the news at the breakfast table and will be great for gatherings or game day watch parties, especially since everyone tends to gather in the kitchen but also doesn’t want to miss what’s happening on the field or court! One of my favorite features is Art Mode. I love being able to choose an image that matches our home decor. It really makes the TV fit seamlessly into our space and look like a framed piece of artwork. The slim-fit wall mount is also a standout. It sits nearly flush against the wall, giving it a clean, built-in look that's truly unique to these Frame TVs. Installation can be a little tricky, especially getting everything level, but the included template helps a lot, and there are tons of helpful video tutorials online if you are new at the process. The only issue we've run into with this TV (and this is actually our third Frame model) is the sound. Unlike the others, this one tends to get very loud, we find it spiking randomly in volume during shows, even after adjusting settings. We’re still trying to troubleshoot that, and hopefully it's just something we need to change on our end. Other than that, it’s been fantastic. The picture is crisp and vibrant, the smart interface is easy to use and has all the apps our family uses and more, and the One Connect box keeps cords out of sight adding to the great visual appeal of the Frame in its art mode. Highly recommend it if you're looking for a TV that blends beautifully into your space while still delivering a great viewing experience.

Sudden changes in volume can often be related to audio settings or content differences between sources or apps. Please try the following adjustments to help stabilize your TV's audio: 1. Enable Auto Volume. Go to: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume. This feature helps maintain a consistent volume level when switching channels or apps. 2. Change Sound Mode. Try a different sound mode to see if one offers a more stable output: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Sound Mode (We recommend Standard or Amplify for more even performance.) 3. Check External Devices. If you're using a soundbar, receiver, or other audio device, check that its volume leveling or dynamic range settings aren’t interfering with the TV’s audio. 4. Update Firmware. I also like that you can customize with different frames and bezels. The Art mode on the frame TV is awesome. It allows you to display a multitude of great works of art rather than a boring blank screen. The artwork looks great on the TV. The QLED picture quality is top notch. I love the fact that it comes with the slim fit wall mount. It makes the TV look even more like a framed piece of artwork. I do think the subscription should be included for at least the first year. I've been waiting to great a frame TV and the AI features make it worth the wait.

Also, it has really great sound quality without any additional soundbars or speakers. The picture quality does leave something to be desired, but given the fact that the sound and art mode are both incredible, it will absolutely stay in my house. Very happy with the purchase!

It was able to walk me through all the set up steps through my phone, connect to my home network AND pullup all my apps and services (including music). I am so freaking happy to say the least. Once set up, my family and I started playing around with everything. The picture quality is crisp, vivid and automatically adjusts to the surrounding environment, which is really neat. The sound is clear and sharp. An awesome bonus is they have standard artwork to display when not watching TV. But the real awesome thing is you can have your own photos shuffling through while in standby or listening to music. All in all this is a superb device and an upgrade. Easy easy, even for me!!!

We have pictures that we can easily upload through the SmartThings app. We can have it rotate artwork or just keep one. I can also upload pictures from my phone. The artwork looks like it’s actual copy of the work, if you didn’t know it was a tv you’d think it was real! It’s so bright and amazing quality. The app is great and so easy to use. It makes life easy since our remotes like to walk away or hide in the couch, we can still access and control everything. The only thing I didn’t love is that it has a one box that it uses for its power instead of a normal cord. If you have the tv on a table it easily fits behind it. But because we have it mounted on the wall, it’s currently sitting on the mantle with a thin wire hanging from the tv. I wish it was made more aware (I could have missed it)- they don’t show it in pictures and couldn’t find it in display anywhere. We’ll order a brace to put behind the tv to hold it all, but if i realized it was like this ahead of time we would have out a cut in behind the tv. Still love it and would definitely buy it again. The app is great and you can do everything from it- change the matting of the artwork, change the filters, etc. I included a video of using the app to edit the artwork with the picture- before and after changing the format.

The "Art Mode" transforms the TV into a lifelike piece of art when not in use. I was also incredibly impressed by the separated One Connect Box, which keeps all the cables neatly organized away from the TV, resulting in a wonderfully clean setup. However, the software experience leaves much to be desired. It feels sluggish, constantly loading elements, and frustratingly insists on re-optimizing image quality every time a new HDMI device is plugged in, instead of processing these adjustments in the background and applying them seamlessly. The software is slow and design is bad, things like choosing and HDMI port takes dozens of clicks. The remote control isn't intuitive, with the "power off" and "Art Mode" functions confusingly mapped to the same button.
