Bought about a year and a half ago, loved it at first but as time goes on it scrambles a lot of channels, shuts itself off randomly and turns back on minutes later, freezes pictures at any given time, I should have spent a few more dollars and gotten a better brand, can’t even watch a full episode sometimes, you have to get out of that channel and go to another program , very unhappy with this product!

started out nice. bought the television around 5 months ago. picture is ridiculously impossible to get right. its either too bright or too dim. also, volume stopped working. sometimes tv won't turn up or down. lags a lot. slow operating system. I dont have a lot of apps. 80s baby. self sufficient. I know how to troubleshoot most things. this tv is just cheap in quality. there is not adjusting it. it just sucks.

Bought two Vizio TVs for our new house and less than a year and had problems with both! One keeps turning itself on randomly. I've done all the things on Vizio support. The other had the screen go out randomly. Didn't matter if we were streaming or using our DirecTV, the screen would just get stripes on it and go blue. I guess you get what you pay for.

Don't like it!
Truthfully,I'm sorry I bought it. I'm 79 years old & I found it very hard to program. Needed help from 4 different people. Colors are washed out & the picture isn't sharp like a HD tv should be. I had a better picture on my 25 year old Samsung until it finally broke down.Im really not happy,especially since it's my wife's tv & she complains at me every day about it!
