This tv stinks. It is so slow. The remote is hard to use. When you click on an app, it doesn’t register. I got it for my son for his birthday and he can’t even use it! We are so frustrated and disappointed. Waste.

Similar to what other people have shared, this TV is absolutely horrible. I used to have a TCL with Roku and loved it. I accidentally bought this TV instead and figured it would be similar in quality. It is not. About once a week the sound does not work or the streaming apps won't load and I have to unplug the TV and plug it back in. The search bar is terrible and won't show you all the platforms where something is streaming (for instance not indicating that a movie is on Hulu even though it is available on Hulu). Additionally, it won't allow you to rent or purchase on Amazon using your Amazon information (even though you have to sign into Amazon), instead it makes you put your card information into Google Play and make your purchase through Google instead of directly through Amazon - adding unecessary steps and forcing you to put your card information into the TV. I would not reccomend this TV to anyone.

Really not a good TV

The panel is terrible- lots of ghosting and streaking with sports. The entire screen goes fuzzy. It also took me forever to tweak the picture settings so the colors weren't completely off. The UI is also very laggy and frustrating to navigate. I ended up bringing it back and getting a Vizio D series for a few bucks more and it's noticeably better.

TV is defective! Sound goes in and out. Connection to Wi-FI is constantly interrupted. I have no problems with my other TV. You can’t install Spectrum app due to licensing. Hulu won’t work. Had this tv for 2 weeks.

This used to be an amazing TV and I used to love TCL but it went to crap I’ve had this TV forever but when I turn it on no sound comes out of it but when I restart it sound is good again and I’ve noticed the picture quality is lacking a bit and Samsung is better just saying and the app is just ok but the TV itself it gone wrong after every update it gives u and the Roku on this it was amazing at first but it went downhill after a year or so and TCL used to be great but Samsung is better and I’m sticking to Samsung this TV is going into the void of TVs and apps that went to crap (Sry) and also the sound quality used to be great but it’s crap now and I will happily buy Samsung. TCL you just lost a loyal customer and a fan and again Samsung I’m sticking with all the way 0/10 just bad don’t get this (I’ve have some pics on this and one of them has some info grayed out)
