Worst TV I've Ever Had

I’ve had nothing but problems with this TV. It changes inputs at random and seems to forget any display settings 0.5 seconds after I put them in. Streaming anything sometimes feels near impossible because the WiFi will randomly forget it exists (every other tv and device in my home doesn’t have an issue). Now, I have issues where the home screen will freeze up and I can’t even turn the thing off. The only option is to unplug it. Don’t waste your time.

Good picture but bad app choice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The has a good picture and somewhat easy to manage but the choice for only one cable carrier app was bad. I was told they only support charter and not Xfinity. Now I still need another device connected just to stream my cable in another room.

Buggy software makes this very frustrating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv was great when I first bought it, but continual updates have degraded the viewing experience. Many channels have incorrect aspect ratio where the image is very large and skewed off the right side of the screen. Having to constantly reset to proper aspect ratio is very annoying. Often streaming channels are unavailable. I have had to reset apps and/or tv and rescan antenna channels many times, and even then sometimes the problems are not fixed (I have 2 Vizios.) All this is too bad, since the picture quality is beautiful.

Awesome Features

Cannot just unplug to move.

Actually not happy at moment, have had this unit for awhile, unplugged it to move and had to completely upload like a new tv.
