This TV sucks @$$. The picture is frequently grainy. If you are watching literally anything that was filmed more than 5 years ago it's like watching a TV from 1983. We have purchased many Vizio TVs and have always been pleased. But this is total crap.

Used to be great product
I used to love there devices. The nagging and effective loss of use over Account sign up is tragic. I wanted to provide these products to old folks homes but they are now so incessantly seeking Join this and Signup nags they they are effectively useless. Please go back to awesome screens with out all the oem nonsense accounts.

Free channels offerings are good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I espcially like CNN Headline on the free channel offerings. I wish they also had EuroNews and Reuters (which are two excellent balanced news sources). Easy to use and set up. I like being able to control the TV with my iPhone. I wish the remote also worked with the Roku stick (But I understand it is not compatible).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought my first Vizio TV in 2014. First smart tv. Still works; great picture - but I do have to use a streaming device as it is just too outdated to update. HOWEVER - earlier this year our main TV went out, and after conducting research, my first and only brand choice was VIZIO. Have never been happier. Last week, we decided to "fix" our bedroom TV issue by upgrading to a larger one. Yep, VIZIO was our final choice. Had it for 2 days now and LOVE it. I recommend VIZIO to anyone and everyone. And when the 11 year old TV in the living room bites the dust, it, too, will be replaced with Vizio. Bought my first VIZIO soundbar for the 11 year old TV just because it was the same brand and I thought, for the inexpensive price, it would at LEAST meet the need. WOW. Were we surprised! So when we bought the TV earlier this year, yep, of course it was VIZIO. Haven't bought one for the bedroom; the sound and quality of the TV speaker in the room so far are all we need. But if I do have to buy one, it will indeed be a VIZIO. I'm sold. Give them a chance. I learned years ago that "you get what you pay for" and learned to find the best bang for my hard earned bucks. Can't beat VIZIO.

Create an account to use the tv? No thank you
Why do I need to create an account to watch my tv? There is no skip option to just watch my tv, I must create an account when setting up the tv before I can use it. This is corporate coercion. I will never purchase another Vizeo product
