I bought my Vizio and was excited because I’ve had a Vizio tv. The pictures, movies, games, everything shows great but as I was watching tv, my screen started turning white. I hear everything fine but I can’t see anything right now. What happened? Can yall help me fix this cause this wasn’t supposed to happen.

The TV itself is wonderful. The picture is clear and the set up was easy. I love Visio TVs. The legs on the stand, though, were not good quality. No matter how much I tightened them, they were still wobbly. I ended up getting a mount to put on my TV stand which works great. I've read that others have had this issue with new TVs. That's the only issue.

Terrible TV, Cluttered Home Screen, Targeted Ads and Data Collection Come Standard

Honestly shocked how bad this tv is overall. I ultimately ended up returning it the same day I bought it. First of all, you NEED a Vizio account to even set up your tv. Wouldn’t be much an issue if it wasn’t for the fact that setting up a Vizio account is next to impossible. I ultimately had to call customer support because they were not sending the “confirm you email address” email. TV would not work past the screen telling you to make an account. 2 hours later, finally able to get into the tv and the Home Screen is cluttered mess of suggested shows, movies and ads on streaming services I do not subscribe to. Went into the settings to see if I could turn it all off, NOPE! But there are a number of menu selections to turn off multiple different types of data collection, cookies, and tracking. Turn them all off, get to a screen to turn off “sensitive content” - you can’t turn off “sensitive content unless you agree to personalized ads (ie: data collection and tracking) I don’t want my kiddo turning on the tv and seeing any “sensitive content” at all. On the Home Screen, your selected services are on a tiny thin line in comparison to the rest of everything on the screen. Not intuitive design, visual overload of tv to stuff we don’t even have access to. In addition to my problems with the Home Screen design, the Vizio app they make you download pushes you to hand over your credit card information. No thank you. To make matters worse, the picture quality is subpar. It is so incredibly dark for some reason, attempted to change it while I was turning off all tracking and nothing made the visuals better. Returned, will not be buying another Vizio ever again.

I am really enjoying my Vizio smart tvs everything about my Vizio smart tv is great .The viewing and features are so clear plus I have two Vizio smart tvs that is set up on my walls and that really makes a difference and I just love the apps which is included.I have owned a Vizio tv for many years and pleased with the brand.

I have 2 other Vizio tv’s and no problems. This one I keep having problems with. There is a yellow film on people’s faces and no matter how much I adjust it won’t go away. Then it keeps telling me no internet but when I hit fire stick it will come back on. It’s driving me crazy.

This weekend I replaced both home TV’s with Vizio’s. A 65” for the master bedroom & 55”in the living room. Love the quality of the pictures for both TV’s. My only complaint/concern is with the remote control. First of all there are no up-and-down volume buttons so the only way I can find into Control the volume is to speak to the TV with the microphone and also I found no way of pausing whatever we are watching. Love the TV, wish it came with a better remote.

Do not buy! Tv stopped working after only 14 days and target corp wouldnt accept the return without the box! Who keeps a box laying around for 30 days after purchasing? If this is the case they should make it known to their customers when purchasing electronics! Money wasted/lost! Never buying from here again.

We have high-speed Internet and every time I try to turn this TV on it takes about five minutes to load and get going. I’ve had to unplug it once because the remotes wouldn’t work to reset it I would never purchase this TV. I will definitely go with a different brand next time.
