A: Since one yard has 36 inches, then 27.7 yards translates into almost 1,000 feet. Don't know what 165L is about.

The tape breaks off into pieces before you can get it off the roll. I ended up using a razor blade to get off what I needed wasting half the roll in the process. At that point I really didn't care because I just wanted the experience to be over. As many others have stated already, not a great product. We as consumers are at fault for not doing our research before hand. We simply need to wake up, get smarter, and quit wasting our money on things that do not work.

I bought this tape to box p all my worldly possessions for a move to another city, some things were going into storage. What a pain! The tape kept shredding trying to get it of the roll and on to the boxes. I had to keep picking at the roll to get a complete width of tape. so frustrating when you are already stressed . Grrrrr.

When you need to seal something this is the tape to use. It's holds very well and the dispenser works great to. I use this to send my boxes and I never had a problem. One of the best tapes out there.

I give up. I'm throwing away the most recent roll of packaging tape from Scotch. It shreds when you try to peel it off the roll. Takes me 10 minutes to get it to a solid piece and then it shreds again. There must be a better brand. So unhappy.
