A: That's a great question! Although the dispenser is reusable we do not sell refill rolls of the Scotch Heavy Duty Packaging Tape on the 1.5 inch core. The larger roll of the Scotch Heavy Duty Packaging Tape with catalog number 3850-RD is available in refill rolls as its dispenser is also reusable. We offer refill rolls of the Scotch Sure Start Packaging Tape that are 1.88 inch wide tape on a core is 1-1/2" can either be purchased as refills in quantities of 2 or 6 and the product numbers are: DP-1000RF6 or DP-1000-RR-2. We purchased this product a month ago and used it to seal boxes we were using to move. Everything looked great, until we went to move. The tape kept falling off of the boxes and the boxes were opening while being transported to and from the truck. It was a nightmare! We can't believe that what used to be the "best go to product in the business" fell apart as much as it did.

I am soooooo upset with this tape! I've been buying it for years and lately it is horrible! It simply won't stick to the boxes. Easily comes off. Doesn't keep it closed unless you use a ton of it! Hate it! Will never buy it again! I'd rate it zero but it doesn't let me.,
