Apply at least a 1-inch ship of the product onto a soft bristle toothbrush. I saw this toothpaste on a commercial one day and figured it wouldn't hurt to try it. Definitely worth the purchase! It's smooth, minty, and doesn't hurt my gums like Colgate did. I highly recommend this if you have sensitivity in your gums and/or teeth.
