Q: Do they have any sort of pads on the bottom of the legs? I'm scared they will scratch my wood floors......

submitted byAP - 7 years agoA: I have these in the mint green.. they have plastic flat pads. I have wood floors and it hasn't been a problem. You can also add small felt dots to them for extra protection! Hope that helps!

Q: Does any of the wood grain come through or is the glossy finish thick?

Q: what is the weight recommendation? I have a lot of heavy males in my family and I want to make sure I get chairs that will not fall apart with them on it.
A: I actually do not know the exact recs on weight. From what I looked at, I see 250-300lbs. We have some heavier family members and have never had a problem. I seriously love these chairs. They are super sturdy and they clean up well. We have 2 kids that inflict a good beating, and I use them half the time as step stools. They still look like we just took them out of the box. I don't see any issues with weight, honestly.

Q: What is the weight of each chair? I see the weight is listed as 22 lbs, but I'm not certain if that is the weight of each chair, or combined. Thank you.
A: While I haven't weighed them I would guess it's for the pair. They are fairly light yet durable. We've had them for about 2 years and they look great!

Q: Does anyone know how tall these chairs are from the floor to the top of the seat? I am trying to figure out if they're tall enough for my kitchen table.
A: They 33 1/4 in from floor to the top.

Q: what is the height of the seat from the floor?
A: I'd say it's about 18-22". I'm 5'5" and when I sit my feet touch the ground. It's short enough for my 1 year old to use it as a dining table for his snacks.

Q: Is the"navy" blue a dark never or more towards a cobalt?
A: I have 8 "navy" chairs, and I would say the color is between navy and cobalt.

Q: Do you also need a seat cushion to be comfortable?
A: depending on the height of your table, you may want a cushion to be at a comfortable height. The chairs are wood so they are about as comfortable to sit on as any other wood chair.
