I have to go over the same area quite a few times to get the pet hair picked up and the carpet never really feels clean. I clean out the rollers every time I vacuum and it still feels like I can't pick up everything. The vacuum is very easy to maneuver and I like that it converts to the handheld version easily.

Durable - have had it for 3 years
I’ve had this vacuum for 3 years and it’s been the best! It has great suction. I have a corgi that sheds a lot and this vacuum has maintained its suction for this long.

Love this vacuum! My friend had it and I had to get it. Works great on pet hair. The pilot choices are blue, purple and gray. The gray came and it’s orange! So if you don’t like orange don’t choose the gray color. Other than that great vacuum!

I’ve had this vacuum in for over seven years. It works great and is easy to clean. I use it on tile, hard wood, and carpet. No complaints… I guess it is “top heavy”, but I never considered that as a flaw until seeing other reviews. I usually lay mine on the ground or up against the wall… no issues.

Crappy Vacuum
Tips over, hose broke inside and shark wouldn’t honor their warranty. Do not buy. Bought two Black Fridays ago. Lasted 6 months.

Not my favorite.
Not my favorite. I don’t like that the vacuum is top heavy. It hurt my wrist to hold it up. And it blows air at me while I’m vacuuming. Otherwise it seems to function well and seems to clean the floors. I don’t like the chord as it gets in the way. The vacuum doesn’t stand on its own.
