Lightweight but powerful enough to clean and get to all the floors and corners. I enjoy the attachments for small areas.

Better than I expected as far as picking up dirt.

Instead of opening the screen door they left it outside on my walkway for everybody to see. Hopefully, it's still there when I get home. All they have to do is open the door and put it inside, they don't even have to walk anywhere

It’s light enough to not be exhausting and it sucks hard enough to get the job done! Real pleased!

The vacuum has good suction, but it’s very top-heavy, which takes away from the whole “ultra-lightweight” claim. It can’t stand upright on its own without falling over—you have to lean it against something or lay it flat. The bottom portion is extremely light, so the uneven weight distribution makes it awkward to use. I picked it up on Black Friday for about $80, and at that price it’s fine. But for the full price of $199.99, it’s just not worth it. I’ll be returning it.

It was used. And the inside was cracked. And I had to send it back and lug it to UPS. Not good.

The suction is horrible! You have to go over an area multiple times for it to get clean. It also barely gets any dust off the carpet just picks up crumbs.

SO easy to put together! Decent suction power but the top handle is a lot heavier than the bottom so I need to get used to that

I had a shark stick vac previously that I really like, so wanted an additional one for the second floor and it’s just not as good. They must have made changes that I wasn’t aware of. You can’t remove the cup to empty it, There is no light on the front and you have to go over areas a couple of times and I vacuum a lot. I threw the box out so I have to keep it but it’s not as good as they use to be. The positives are that it was priced well and it is lightweight.

I thought long and hard about getting a stick vacuum cleaner. I’d walk past the aisle, stop, look, and move on. I’m old school and doubted the ability of a stick vacuum cleaner being able to do what the standard sized vacuum cleaner could do. There were two things that kept me from doing so sooner; they cannot stand upright on their own and how powerful the suction would actually be. I finally bit the bullet and bought this Shark vacuum as it was on sale and I had some gift cards on my account. PROS: Easy assembly. The on/off/mode button is just one thumb length away. It self propels. It fits under furniture. It picks up dog hair (primary reason I got this model) like nobodies business! Top comes off for storage and fits onto the provided slot at the bottom. It takes up very little space to store. CONS: Cord is not as long as I would like it to be. Top is heavy. I’m use to the standard vacuum cleaner where the weight is evenly distributed so there is that. It has to be leaned against the wall or furniture to keep it from falling over. One of the conundrums that kept me from purchasing one for years! To empty it out you need to deal with the electrical cord which is attached to the motor/dust container. The brush light remains on even when you have it on the bare floor setting. Minor thing but still! As for cord length in the CON section, I did not get the cordless as I did not want to mess with finding an available outlet in a hidden space, the charging aspect, an additional charging base, and finding an outlet to keep it plugged in and hoping it would do my floors before the battery fully discharged! I cannot at this point attest to its longevity as I’ve only had it for a month. I’m expecting it to be a long and hopefully happy relationship. I’ve had Shark products before and have always been pleased with the quality of their products. All in all, I’m very pleased with this Shark Pet stick vacuum cleaner. It does what it says it will do an does so exceedingly well.
