We understand how frustrating this can be and we'd like to assist in any way we can. Outlined in your Owners Manual, we have provided 2 storage methods that would be better suited for your vacuum. This unit can be stored on a wall mount, or alternatively, the handheld vacuum can be detached from the top of the wand and hang onto the storage hook to the bottom of the wand. This way, your vacuum will no longer fall over, ensuring the longevity of your unit.
