Q: Is it easy to clean off thr dust build-up? Is it waterproof so I can just hose it off? That seems to be the downfall of fans. Taking them apart to clean once a month is annoying.

A: We don't recommend hosing off the fan, as it is not able to withstand water submersion. We recommend maintaining the fan every 6 months or as needed. For the misting accessory, every 12 months as needed as well. You can clean the fan with a slightly damp cloth. Wipe down the interior parts of the fan after removing the fan head, cap, and blades. Turn on Lock mode before performing maintenance for safety by holding down the oscillation icon on the fan head for 8 seconds.

I purchased it last summer and is worked fine. I go go plug it in THIS SUMMER 2025 and it won’t charge, it won’t even work when plugged in. I didn’t pay this much to have it work for basically three months and then not work this summer.

Initially, I really loved this fan. It’s quiet, it’s powerful, and it’s incredibly flexible with wireless functionality. Unfortunately, within the first 6 months of after purchasing it started ticking when oscillating. The ticking has gotten more persistent since it originally started, and nothing I was able to do resolved it. I cannot use the oscillation function as this ticking and clicking is incredibly disruptive.

Enjoy the fan very much, I do notice a difference when I use the product. The reasons I can give it a 5 star review is because the fan is a little loud after using for a few months and no timer! If I had noticed that before I would not have purchased.

Buddy lives in a 2-story house on my screened-in-porch. The fan worked GREAT. Problems were:1. our hard water in Tucson left white alkaline residue all over the front of the Fan & it was tough to keep clean, and, 2. Buddy ate through the electrical cord & the Fan stopped working. My Bad! I suggest you cover the cord with hard plastic covering from Lowe’s, because if you have the Fan outside, any kind of outside animal could eat through the cord!

I used this during a time I had no electricity for 16 days after a Hurricane. I would take it and charge it at a place in town that did have electricity and then be able to use it all night, as it is SUPER HOT in S. Georgia! It was a life saver. Keeping it on low, I was able to use it all night and part of the next day before recharging.

Bought a month ago. I love the portability with the built in battery. Great output and quiet. I bought this for half the original price and glad I did. We do alot of car shows and need fans while showing cars.
