Very impressive piece of equipment. Works extremely well.

Bought this within the last year and it's a great all-around vacuum with plenty of suction and very good multi-stage filtration. Yes the hose is a bit short and is now a huge FAIL for me as for no obvious reason the hose ripped near the vacuum connection point. Never been abused, dragged around, etc. and just minimum daily use for a few mins at a time. Was losing suction, then full suction for no reason, then loss once again. The tear is on the backside of the hose and difficult to see, but yep that is definitely a weak point in design. Was gonna email them with a pic, but not seeing any way to do that. Have owned many Shark products over the yrs with total satisfaction and this vacuum itself is spot on, but dealing with hose failure so early on I doubt I'll ever buy another Shark product again.

I bought this specifically for managing a small drywall sanding project I had going. I thought it would be a great tool for cleanups I don’t want to use my home Vacuum for. The white drywall dust clogged everything pretty quickly. The inside flap seemed stuck and everything backed up. Ugh. What a mess.

I am SO glad I purchased this little mighty vacuum. I used it for my cars and it does a GREAT job.

Purchased the Shark MessMaster last week not knowing the following week we would have a small flood of water in four rooms of the house. The MessMaster was able to cleanup the water and extra lint buildup in the laundry room with ease.

This vacuum is great for cleaning up cars/trucks. I’ve been looking for something like this for years. Nice compact size, I just wish the flexible hose was a little longer.

I just hope people don't assume that ALL THE TOOLS SEEN ON PRODUCT ARE NOT INCLUDED!! very wack marketing. It only comes with squeegee and corner tool. If it's supposed to be wet AND DRY why wouldn't the dry carpet tool be included. Waste of time.

I bought this a month ago. It has good suction. However, the hose is short and it does not swivel. This makes it awkward to use. Especially in the car. All of the attachments do not fit on it. It also needs wheels.

Light weight. Easy to use. My old one was so heavy and difficult to guide.

Love the vacuum, love the power, versatilty and that I don’t have to be afraid to vacuum literally anything up in it BUT wish it came with a bare floor attachment and when you went to empty it, it was a bit less messy.

Very disappointing for cleaning a vehicle hose isn’t long enough doesn’t have the suction power my Miele has for cleaning the vehicle took me twice as long and still had to dig out other vacuum

The suction on this vacuum is unreal. I bought this for our trip to OBX bc of all the sand we carry into our vehichles. It makes for an uncomfortable ride home sometimes.

Light and what I needed around the house and garage.

Should come with more accessories. Also should have rollers on bottom to avoid tipping.

It was sturdy and well made and it worked beautifully right out of the box.

VERY Disappointed that this DID NOT come with the extended pole AND the floor part. WHY???? Many of us are a bit handicapped.
