Sharper Image Desktop Cordless Handheld Vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought this little gadget was pretty cool. Tried it with my laptop and it dusted off the crumbs I put there to test it out pretty quickly and effectively. It was quiet and the air was strong enough to clean up the mess.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tested the Sharper Image desktop rechargeable USB vacuum. I was interested in using this gadget at my own desk. The unit charges fairly quickly and has LEDs to indicate a charging/ fully charged status. The suction of the unit is poor at best. I was disappointed in its inability to pick up even the smallest object, in this case, a single loose staple. It will pick up dust and it will also deposit that same dust in small brush shaped circles in its wake. The compartment that contains the debris picked up by the vacuum is contained in the bottom of the unit. It’s not an intuitive design to remove the debris container and requires reading the instructions to accomplish. Be advised you will probably get more dust and dirt on yourself than the trash can when trying to empty the unit. Not a winner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This desktop vacuum is amazing! I run it over my keyboard weekly and my laptop has never been cleaner. The battery lasts long especially since each use isn’t that long. It is easy to pack in a backpack to bring to work. The only downside is it is kind of loud but to me that doesn’t matter since I don’t use it that long.

I have used it to vacuum up all the cat hair on my nightstand and it actually worked! It has a very quiet sound and two different suction levels. It also comes with a USB charger, but you’ll need a box to plug it into.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product seems like it would be nice. It is compact and small. It is easy to charge. The vacuum is a little loud and noisy. It worked well in the car. However, it is hard to take apart so you can empty the dustbin. This makes it very messy to empty. After using, this product seems more of a novelty item and I probably won't use it that much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mini, portable vacuum cleaner is great in theory. Unfortunately it lacked the power to actually pick up debris. It was barely able to pick up small crumbs. Would not recommend it.

I tested it out on a black mat and u can see the immediate area is much cleaner than the outer area with lots of white dust. Wish the vacuum was a little more powerful but overall a great tool. You can hold the power button longer to change the speed of the fan and lot the little brush and suction tool it comes with. It also charged to full within an hour.

This is a handy vacuum to have at your desk, especially if you work from home and tend to eat lunch at your desk as well. The charge lasts for a good amount of time and it is great at cleaning up the desk crumbs. The little attachment definitely helps with whatever might have gotten into my keyboard.

It did a good job of cleaning but it has to be on a flat surface to clean well because it can't get into corners well. It did come with a small attachment to help with that.

Quiet, and sucks up every small piece of paper or crumb! I've been using it for a few weeks and haven't had to charge it. 10/10 recommend. Will be giving these as gifts this Christmas!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tiny vacuum works relatively well. The suction is good for finer dust and debrid. The battery life is ok for its size, I managed to get 1 hour+ at low speed. I do have an issue with opening the vacuum and clean it, it’s quite hard to open the first few times. I recommend it for smaller clean session.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only gave it 3 stars because it wasn’t as strong as I would like it and I only used it to clean my keyboard, the back of my computer fan, back of my cable box, the speaker and charging ports of my phone, these type of items. Yet it didn’t vacuum as well as I would have liked. I was so looking forward to it to complete these cleaning tasks but I did better with a blower versus this vacuum. Noise level was great, the portability is another great aspect. But it’s also really cute and it does work well, it just could have been better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this vacuum the first 2–3 times I used it. As a nail tech, it picked up every bit of fine dust with ease. The fact that it’s wireless is a huge plus—it reaches all corners of my workspace effortlessly. The suction power is surprisingly strong, so I almost never needed to use the two precision tips it comes with. Battery life was solid too—enough to finish the job without needing a mid-task charge. BUT the biggest downside: it doesn’t open the way the instructions say it should for filter cleaning. I’ve tried every possible way, but it just won’t budge. Now I can’t clean or use it at all. Not sure if I got a defective unit or if they’re all just this difficult, but I couldn’t even find the product online to troubleshoot. So I’ve basically hit a dead end with it. Super frustrating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This desktop vacuum was surprisingly strong. I had some pieces of popcorn I wanted to pick up and this cleaned it all up. I will say the larger pieces do make a clanking noise in the machine. My only thought is that I wish this picked up pieces of hair more .

We home school and all the pencil eraser mess is always driving me nuts, we keep this in the homeschool room and quickly clean up our mess! It’s easy to use and my kids love using it to clean up their tiny messes too!
