Q: The instructions say there is a light that changes to white when fully charged. Red means charging and white means fully charged. I do not see an indicator light. Where is this light located?

Q: My vacuum only runs for 1-2 minutes at a time before shutting off (even after charging). Is this typical or is there something wrong with the vacuum I received?

    Excellent handheld vac for small jobs

    This is the 3rd handheld vacuum that I’ve purchased in the past 6 months. The other two were garbage. This vac is awesome for all your smaller jobs. Great for the car, picks up pet hair. I keep one near my desk - just because. It’s great and I love the blower option!

    Waste of $$

    This just randomly stopped working for me after only a couple of uses. It’s fully charged and I can’t turn it on. The “warranty” code also never activated a warranty, it just directed me to leave a review for the product. Pretty disappointed in this purchase. Waste of $$

    Great cleaner

    I bought this to use in my car to get to small nooks & crannies. It works amazingly well and you're able to get to virtually anything. The USB charger is also incredibly handy since you can charge it IN the car.
