Q: My vacuum only runs for 1-2 minutes at a time before shutting off (even after charging). Is this typical or is there something wrong with the vacuum I received?
A: In my experience, that is not typical. Mine lasts a long time vacuuming and dusting and can even go a few days without charging between uses.

Q: Does this have a charge base? It should say how it charges. Would be nice to know: "product details" are important.
