Q: The instructions say there is a light that changes to white when fully charged. Red means charging and white means fully charged. I do not see an indicator light. Where is this light located?

Q: My vacuum only runs for 1-2 minutes at a time before shutting off (even after charging). Is this typical or is there something wrong with the vacuum I received?

    i love this product

    i am someone who is constantly vacuuming and that can get annoying for other people in my household, especially when i'm only cleaning to a small mess. my desktop vacuum has made it so easy to clean up around the house without bothering everyone else inside! also it's obviously extremely light, works really well, and is PINK! not to mention, it really comes in handy for blowing up pool floats, etc. or using air to clean out a space (those tough small spaces in your vehicle the vacuum can't quite reach) i love it

    Was amazing… til it wasn’t

    I am obsessed with this little blower and vacuum dual combo. It’s awesome to pick up crumbs quickly get into small areas we’re bringing to my car. I recommended it to a lot of people, but I’ve only had it two months and I guess something got inside and now the vacuum makes the most horrible wretched, shrieking loud sound, and I cannot take apart the vacuum to figure out what it is it is still working, but the noise is 10 times worse than your typical vacuum noise so I’m very upset that I’ve had it for such a short time and there’s no way for me to even repair it so I would love a replacement if possible. I can show proof of purchase from February 2026. Thank you.
