The texture is nice and I appreciate being able to use it in a flexible way. It’s great for simple styling when you don’t need a stronghold. It doesn’t leave any traces of itself behind no flakes or anything like that.

I love that they included the Jamaican castor oil which is great for the hair to keep it nourished and hydrated! So I feel good about putting it in my hair. The gel has a great hold and shine and I like to use it when my hair is damp, with to sleek it down or to scrunch and define my curls. Doesn’t leave those weird white flakes and a good value in my opinion. The jar it a pretty big size too, I was surprised. I do wish it was in a squeeze bottle or something instead because I don’t really like to stick my hands into a jar every time I use.

I will say, it's not as strong as the edge gel( that I've also reviewed) but it's better than a lot of the styling gels in the market... And if I would judge it by styling gels, it definitely takes the Cake!

It works for me I’m not sure if I can say it helps growth but it doesn’t dry my hair out and washes out easily. Would I add it to my long term? Probably not but that’s not to say it doesn’t work , the scent is just not my fave
