Hair loss
I have been using this stuff for about a month and I believe the conditioner has been making my hair fall out. For reference i have 3b hair and i usually lose a few strands while washing my hair but this is what came out today while using it.

Don’t use
bought this product and when I used it. It burnt my scalp so bad my beautician thought I had psoriasis it also damaged my hair and my scalp is peeling a lot. I also have more dandruff than what I had before

Not good, not good.
Doesn't work. I tried using it for a when but didn't see a chance. Don't recommend it. Made my scalp burn a little and dried up my hair. I highly recommend you run.

A great non-stripping cleanse for the scalp
I really enjoy this shampoo for my locs. It gets my scalp and hair super clean without feeling completely stripped. I tend to get a little bit of buildup on my scalp prior to wash day and the apple cider vinegar in the shampoo really helps to get rid of it. If you have dandruff, an oily scalp, or even a little bit of buildup, I recommend using this product!

I am very disappointed in the product. I realized that after using the product I had more dandruff then what I used to have . At first I did not think it was the shampoo but after seeing a more severe dandruff I stop the product and the dandruff went away

Leaves my hair feeling clean without stripping it too much. I have type 4 hair that requires frequent moisturizing. I wash my hair weekly, even though the instructions on the bottle says two times per week for great results. I do not have dandruff, but when my hair gets dry, so does my scalp which leads to itching. I prefer this over the Black Castor Oil Shampoo from Shea Moisture.

Breakage and made me oily
Oof my hair did not like this. I’ve been trying to find a new shampoo since the product I’ve been using is getting harder and harder to find, and while my dandruff was still under control with this product, it was far too clarifying for my hair to the point of that squeaky clean feeling and so much breakage! My hair is so thin since using it, I’m pretty devastated, I had to stop. I usually washed my hair once or twice a week with my previous shampoo, but my hair would get so oily with a painful scalp every other day with this one, it was really weird.

Gets the job done
It did the work of keeping the dandruff away but I am used to shampoos that also keep my hair soft and I feel this shampoo didn’t do that for me. The packaging and the amount of shampoo you get is good sized/amount. The scent is also pleasing and I liked it.

Fair but didn’t meet my expectations.
First of all, the shampoo did help a little with my dandruff and the itchiness but did leave my hair more thinner and straighter after. The shampoo left my scalp with blisters all over that are itchy. Even though I’ve had a good experience with their other shampoos and really wanted this product to work, I’m disappointed on how the shampoo left my scalp.

This dried my hair out a little bit I can see my self using it maybe every other wash, I needed to pair with a conditioner to keep my hair from being dry
