Poor battery life
Battery goes high > medium > low in barely 2 hours of use. Had earlier pair, c. 2019, used to get 8 hours before having to charge.

My ear religion now
I tried 6 or 7 wireless sound solutions with disappointing results until i discovered Shokz, and specifically Openswim Pro. All other wireless sound solutions I tried would either fall off, or out of one ear or another, especially at gym. Nothing that goes inside ear likes to stay inside ear when sweating a workout at gym. Similar goes with over-ear headphones; they'll fall off and also get gross and sweaty. Shokz Openswim Pro? These STAY on my head, no matter the activity. They don't get gross with sweat or ear gunk because they don't go inside ear, and don't trap sweat. They stay very clean. There's a significant stable of onboard storage too, so, no worries about bluetooth cutting out, and you don't have to eat up storage on your phone. Also, I once had problem with computer detecting the set after awhile, so I wasn't able to add anything more to the onboard storage BUT, Shokz support team was absolutely amazing and replaced mine with no fuss. They're probably one of the best support teams I've encountered out of every support team I've ever had contact with for different various unrelated products.

Shokz OpenSwim Pro
My White Shokz are Fantastic!! I swim 3x/week, and the music from my MP3/Water setting really helps time fly by!! Loading the music I want hear is a breeze. I also have the option of the Bluetooth setting when I’m wearing them outside of the pool. Money well spent - Kudoz to Shokz!!

They sent me TWO devices that don't work
All I use this for is when I swim laps. First one they sent me I used twice before it stopped working. Second one wouldn't even work once. I think they need to make just a MP3 device for swimming. I'm returning and requesting a refund. They also should consider doing some human factors testing. I've waiting over 5 years for a reliable device for swimming and I guess I'm still waiting.

Work As Advertised
They have good sound quality and function well when wet. I often shower for long periods with them and have had zero issues, and their setup and usage is easy and convenient

Feel like mini size would be better fit
Seem to be too large for me to be able to use all day long. Especially when needing to lean back like on a couch or pillow while listening to audio

Great companion with my daily lap swim!
I love this headset as a daily swimmer. The MP3 works great in the water, and I really like it. I also it holds great in my ears too. I wish it had come with a car charger. I am currently charging it with my laptop.

MP3
Struggling to find a way to download MP3 onto these headphones. Unfortunate that Spotify will not work for this situation. Weighing my options on keeping this product.

I love my OpenSwim Pros!
I love that I can use the headphones for swimming, running, or just listening while I get things done around the house, run errands, etc. They are easy to use and I find myself reaching for them over my over the ears headphones because the bone conduction frees me up to still hear my surroundings, talk to my kids/husband, etc. Great product! Definitely worth the buy. I won't lie, I don't think I would've bought them off of prime deal days though.

Music anywhere and everywhere!
I’d been looking into waterproof headphones for swimming in my pool. I love these. The sound quality is best when you use them in conjunction with earplugs. The sound is clear underwater. Easy to charge and load songs for mp3 mode. I just wore them for a 5k today and they were super comfortable to wear and stayed put. Highly recommend.

I love the Shokz open
I love the Shokz open pro swim!. I use the Bluetooth mode when I’m doing exercises just for my legs using an aqua jogger. And then when I’m ready to swim laps, I can change it easily to MP3 mode. Sound quality is good too!

Frequent Drop outs while listening to podcasts
Gift for my wife and she’s complaining of frequent disconnects and reconnects. I have never had that experience with my open swim pros so I’ll need to look into further or send back?

I am disappointed in one
I am disappointed in one aspect of the open Swim Pro, in that I thought that you could hear underwater a few inches. Swimming Free Style listening is good, but in the back stroke or back flutter kick with head in water you can not hear sound as head is a couple inches in water. I was under the impression that you could hear a few inches under water. I may be returning them as not entirely satisfied. Will give them another week

Nice piece of tech
I love these ! They work well, and for someone who is 24 and good with technology, it wasnt TOO HARD to teach my mom the controls. However, for people who have small heads/not long necks the back seem to sometimes get stuck under my neck. Also they sometimes slip off when pushing off of the wall hard. Probably water dynamics but, just a thought. And maybe make the changing Bluetooth to MP3 mode easier
