I love my OpenSwim Pros!

I love that I can use the headphones for swimming, running, or just listening while I get things done around the house, run errands, etc. They are easy to use and I find myself reaching for them over my over the ears headphones because the bone conduction frees me up to still hear my surroundings, talk to my kids/husband, etc. Great product! Definitely worth the buy. I won't lie, I don't think I would've bought them off of prime deal days though.

Best compact headphones

Very, very light weight. Easy to set up with Bluetooth. No annoying cord. Stellar sound.

Music anywhere and everywhere!

I’d been looking into waterproof headphones for swimming in my pool. I love these. The sound quality is best when you use them in conjunction with earplugs. The sound is clear underwater. Easy to charge and load songs for mp3 mode. I just wore them for a 5k today and they were super comfortable to wear and stayed put. Highly recommend.

I love the Shokz open

I love the Shokz open pro swim!. I use the Bluetooth mode when I’m doing exercises just for my legs using an aqua jogger. And then when I’m ready to swim laps, I can change it easily to MP3 mode. Sound quality is good too!

Frequent Drop outs while listening to podcasts

Gift for my wife and she’s complaining of frequent disconnects and reconnects. I have never had that experience with my open swim pros so I’ll need to look into further or send back?

I am disappointed in one

I am disappointed in one aspect of the open Swim Pro, in that I thought that you could hear underwater a few inches. Swimming Free Style listening is good, but in the back stroke or back flutter kick with head in water you can not hear sound as head is a couple inches in water. I was under the impression that you could hear a few inches under water. I may be returning them as not entirely satisfied. Will give them another week

Nice piece of tech

I love these ! They work well, and for someone who is 24 and good with technology, it wasnt TOO HARD to teach my mom the controls. However, for people who have small heads/not long necks the back seem to sometimes get stuck under my neck. Also they sometimes slip off when pushing off of the wall hard. Probably water dynamics but, just a thought. And maybe make the changing Bluetooth to MP3 mode easier

Perfect fit

I have never been able to keep earbuds in - weird ears?? I also get a headache when I try to use headphones. I have been running in my Shokz for a couple of weeks & love them! The sound is great, they stay on, and I can still hear what’s going on around me.

Love them!!! They sit a little odd because my head is small.

I have a smaller head the the headphones Re stiff on the band so If I dont sit them right they jut put just wnough tahg it feels weird. I tuck the band up under my hat lr sit it above me pony tail to keep them from putting too much pressure on my temples from them trying to hang on. Otherwise I love them. They sound great. When I have them sitting right I forget they are there. If I have them turned all the way up it drowns everything else without them blaring and no one can really hear them if I have them up all the way.

I'm sorry I ever doubted how incredible you are!

Underwater Audio- fail fail fail over 7 years. H2O Audio - failed out of box The Mighty- failed This was 9 years of swimming in Anguilla. I really had no idea how amazing the openswim pro's are. I kept telling my wife the entire trip how great you guys are. Game changer. Thank you! I promise to be loyal until they put me in the ground. Wednesday I swam 2 miles in Maundays Bay, I could not have done that without you! They did crackel a little at max vol but otherwise perfect.

Love them

Easy setup, file transfer was a breeze from Apple Mac. Sound while swimming was great even without earplugs. They are a great distraction when bouncing back and forth in the pool.

Not as functional as open run

These are great for water proof even if through mp3, but they have cause so many problems with my phone, volume, calls and notifications interface, highly considering returning them, volume not as loud,

Battery

After 2-3 hours use during swimming battery is dead, it should be so?

Battery life not as advertised.

The company falsely advertised these as having up to 9 hours of battery life when in reality it’s about 2. 5-3. It’s Gross and blatant lying. For long distance atheletes like me it’s one of the worst things you could lie about.

Good quality sound, difficult to download music

I like the way they fit and sound, but getting music into the MP3 format is ridiculous. Nobody is going to buy every song, and the other sites are a bit sketchy. I get why we haver to do it, it’s just not fun.

good sound and work as advertised

Very good sound and waterproof, so my swims are much longer and better for me. Could benefit for more simpler and easier to use buttons on it’s right side. Left side button to advance songs is much better than those on the right.

Very challenging to set up

I recently purchased the Swim Pro Headphones. Pairing them to my phone for bluetooth was easy, but converting my Apple music to MP3 and downloading that to my Shokz was difficult and frustrating. I’m sure once it is all done I will love them but this part was challenging for me.

Not very good

Sound quality is nothing to boast about. The underwater experience is the same. Not worth the price at all.

Top of the market, minus one thing

These are fantastic. They stay on your head well, music is great in terms of audio, especially with your ears plugged, and I love the quality and strength. The one single gripe that I was surprised, as this is the first aidiotic item since the 90’s that I’ve had without it (even my Walkman), was the lack of a shuffle feature. I’ve got hundreds of songs on my shockz that I’d like to shuffle through… with the mp3… but unless you want to listen to the same sequential play list every time… you’ll have to manually form new playlists. Maybe in the openswim pro 2… but it was the only thing that gave me a “shock” that there is no shuffle feature. I’m not the kind of person that wants to re-order my mp3 playlist every before/after every single swim session.
