Horrible packing. Item extremely damaged
Lamp scratched and base not attached. Lamp shade bent and torn. Packing job was awful. Not I have to drive it to UPS store. I can't even get is all stuff back in the box.

Manufacturer should do better
I give it three stars only for the design. It is not put together well. Maybe I could have gotten over that, but in shipping, the styrofoam got all stuck in the grooves and won’t come out. I didn’t even plug it in—it’s going back!
