Thank you target for making soy milk more affordable for those who need protein in plant-based forms. FYI: I used to work for WIC, and I would recommend soy milk for toddler’s and mom’s because soy milk is the most comparable plant-based milk source (with protein content and vitamins) to cow’s milk.

This soy milk is delicious and one of the reasons I go to Target is that it's in stock. For the last month it has been increasingly difficult to find at the Northside Evansville Indiana Target. I've made 3 trips and come up empty-handed. The quantities online are incorrect and I am consistently having difficulty finding this excellent item. I've seen a huge decline in product availability at this store in particular but at Target in general.

Our family has been using Silk unsweetened, unflavored soy milk for several years The taste surpasses any other soy milk we have tried. It is creamy and mild flavored. Great for cooking and baking!

I transitioned off dairy, in part, thanks to this product. The only milk substitute I was able to really take a liking to! I appreciate that it has all the amino acids so it is able to be a complete protein in my diet.

It doesn't taste bad per se, but it now tastes closer to actual dairy milk. I was used to the original taste which is difficult to put into words because it was very specific to Silk—almost a bit wheaty maybe. I don't particularly like the taste of dairy milk (and I also don't drink it as I'm vegan), but it's not terrible. Just seems different and I preferred it the way it was.

We haven't made any changes to this, but we can definitely pass this right over to our team to make sure they're aware!

I'm lactose intolerant, even lactose free milk causes me issues. Oat milk makes me cough and feel congested. Almond milk is honestly worthless imo, it has like no nutritional value and uses so much water to grow, and it tastes bad to boot. soy milk gives protein and is a good enough milk substitute. I like the Silk brand the most.

You don’t buy milk with added sugar, so why would you want soy milk with added sugar? Creamy and quite acceptable substitute for dairy, especially in the summer heat and humidity when, as Will Ferrell/Ron Burgundy says, “milk was a bad choice.” This is the best tasting soy milk. I kept asking the folks at target to stock more of it because it used to be out of stock half the time. They added a second row in the cooler and it’s been there whenever I go lately. Makes amazing iced lattes! Good on cereal.

I have been drinking this product for years and love it. No sugar, high protein, none of the dairy issues. Taste is definitely different from cow's milk but I like the taste. Please continue making this great product.

So creamy that you don’t even notice it contains no sugar. I can have it in my matcha lattes without any additional flavoring or syrups. Also nutritious!!

I started getting this for my mom, she is diabetic and was having a hard time finding something that would spike her glucose and this works perfect for her and she loves the taste. She was looking for a rich flavor that didn’t taste like water is this is it for her

This used to be our absolute favorite soy milk, I mean a carton a day for our family. We enjoyed it most in our matcha and lattes because it didn't interfere with the flavor and whipped up nicely. But then, Silk went and changed the recipe. The taste is subtly different, it's not quite as creamy, but the worst change is that it will not foam at all. We even bought a new foamer that specializes in alt-milks. Barely any bubbles. Some have suggested it's a ploy to get us buying the (more-expensive and not as nutritious) specialized Silk creamer products. I'm not sure why they changed it, but I wish they'd bring back the tastier, creamier, foamier unsweetened soy. Until then, our family is looking for better options outside the Silk family.
Carton of Silk expanded

Momma - 3 months ago
One of the cartons had expanded walls, indicating temp increase, resulting in forming bacteria- in had to throw it out. The store should probably check their remaining stock of vanilla silk

Used to work great for frothy lattes - no longer

For a long time, this was the only "milk" I used for my cereal, and ABSOLUTELY for my frothy lattes. It worked perfectly until the last couple of months. Don't know if the manufacturer changed the composition or what. My main use was for the frothy lattes but it no longer works like it used to. Company won't respond so I will respond by buying other types of non-dairy milk.
