Silk Unsweet Coconut Milk - 0.5gal

The coconut milk has a very intense and-coconut-y in flavour that is good for pina colada’s and other fruit based drinks. However, I was mainly using this for lattes and other coffee drinks but it can be quite overwhelming to the point you can’t really taste coffee. If you like thicker coconut drinks with a very strong taste, I think you would definitely like it:)

I have been using this for years in my coffee. Now it's watered down and has a strong coconut aftertaste that wasn't there before. Absolutely gross.

PLEASE go back to the old recipe or at least be kind enough to explain why you can’t. I’m another one who used this for years in my coffee and cereal and now it separates and has no pleasant creamy flavor that it used to. It also spoils within a week which I’ve never had it do before. I've drank a glass daily for many many years. Something has changed as the last 4... not 1 but 5 have tasted different. They almost curdle now? Very off taste and it sticks to the bottom of the box. Please for the love of all things - when things are almost perfect - stop messing with it.

This silk milk is great for smoothies and overnight oats .I do make oats with them and add little flakes of grated cocconut in it along with some fruits it taste sooo good also the consistency is perfect not too thick not too watery.The packaging is worth the amount spent on it.No sugar added which is great.

I’ve been buying this for a long time(unsweet)and the last 3 -4 1/2 gallons have been like water!!

This is my favourite beverage that i take usually with matcha latte. It gives sweetness, but there is no sugar inside. However the texture is not that milky, it is more like water.

Creamy and flavorful, I love this unsweetened dairy alternative! I use this daily in my coffee and frequently use it as a smoothie ingredient. There is always a carton in our fridge, our visiting family & friends have shared that they loved it in their coffees too.

I purchased this a month ago for the first time and loved it ! Opened a new carton today and yuck. First carton product was creamy and white . New carton product is watery and has an aftertaste? I even went back and shook up carton to make sure it was not a settling issue. Ate my bowl of cereal but still have aftertaste. The last carton I was able to add to my frother and top my coffee. This carton did nothing just some bubbles in frother? Something is different !

Great product, healthy and tasty in most things calling for milk!!!!!!!!~! BUT, you have created an issue with this thing called. Profitable product. Your lid to unscrew off has become smaller. My wife cant get it off and i almost need a pair of pliers to get enough of a bite to twist if off. Come on dont be cheap! Never mind the 1/4ly profits for share holders.

Used to be better tasting and also cheaper as the price was cheaper. I guess now target can compete with publix to see who is more expensive when it comes to groceries. And I don't even want to mention the unsweetened soy milk same story there folks.

The Silk unsweetened coconut milk changed for worst lately. I does not taste good anymore. I am sad and disappointed because I have been drinking this product for many years and I hope that the company can fix this problem or change the formula to the way it was before.

Coconut Milk - Unsweetened - I love the flavor, but the carton is extremely difficult to open. I had to use a pair of pliers each time. I bet this issue would be corrected or improved if Silk reps. took a look and tried to open one themselves!

I love the unsweetened coconut milk. It has 0 grams of sugar and it has a subtle sweet taste even though it’s unsweetened. It has more calcium than dairy milk and it stays fresh longer as well.

My kids use this with cereal and cookies. I use it with Oatmeal and smoothies! I use Silk Unsweetened Coconut Milk for everything! It’s great for cooking and for my coffee. It’s great that it’s not sweetened because you can add it to a variety of recipes
