Love the 2 in one functionality
Having that center sprayer there allows me to wipe down surfaces more regularly. Ripping off a papertowel is not as smooth you need to hold the top with one hand and then pull off a sheet otherwise the whole thing moves or rips off a broken sheet which is why I’m giving it 4 stars.

It’s Good…. But
This is our second one purchased, which we use every day and find it very good for dispensing the towels and handy to have a cleaning spray attached. However our first one didn't last two years before the spray bottle mechanism collapsed. So we like it and won’t buy a third if this goes the same way…. .

unusable - too tight - doesn't spin freely - towels tear
Conceptually I was hoping this was going to be a very useful product. It looks nice and has some cool features. Unfortunately, it is unusable. The roller is too tight and doesn't spin freely, and the "holder arm" is also too tight. So the towels don't dispense easily and they tear. I wound up returning two of these. Very disappointed because I had such high expectations for this premium priced product.

great Paper towel holder
We were watching test kitchen and they showed this one as the best one. So we decided to buy it cause we were tired of the one we had. It's pricey but well worth it. We have had it for about a week. It comes with the table to put in the sprayer for cleaning it smells so good and leaves the kitchen smelling fresh.
