unusable - too tight - doesn't spin freely - towels tear
Conceptually I was hoping this was going to be a very useful product. It looks nice and has some cool features. Unfortunately, it is unusable. The roller is too tight and doesn't spin freely, and the "holder arm" is also too tight. So the towels don't dispense easily and they tear. I wound up returning two of these. Very disappointed because I had such high expectations for this premium priced product.

great Paper towel holder
We were watching test kitchen and they showed this one as the best one. So we decided to buy it cause we were tired of the one we had. It's pricey but well worth it. We have had it for about a week. It comes with the table to put in the sprayer for cleaning it smells so good and leaves the kitchen smelling fresh.
