Q: How long is the electrical cord? I need to store this freezer in my garage and need about 15 ft. of cord to get to where the one outlet is. Can I use an extension cord or power strip?

Q: I purchased this freezer and began using it about a month ago. It gets cold enough to use as a refrigerator, but it will not keep items frozen. My ice cubes slowly melt. We have it set in the coldest setting. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?
