    Handy external CD/DVD Burner Drive

    Simply plug it in a spare USB port and off you go. If you don't have software to burn CD/DVD the unit comes with a CD with appropriate software to get you started.

    Simple to use

    It works well for both reading and burning using the included software, which is simple to use. I bought it to replace a different company’s external drive, which didn’t work with Windows 10, even though it was supposed to.

    Bingo! Just What I Needed

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got the drive today, plugged it in to my XPS 8930 USB port (Windows 10 Home) and it practically installed itself. I installed the included Windows software and was able to clone (incl. software calls it "copy") a commercial DVD (double layer 8gig disk) that had to be inserted every time I ran a popular (unnamed) FltSim program. It took about 20min. and now I do not have to worry about damaging the original DVD... ALL IN THE FIRST DAY. The fun has just begun, very happy with this purchase. Thank you Lenovo.

    Great External DVD Burner Didn't Last As Expected

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this with a new laptop in August 2018, 26 months ago. I've used it with innumerable CDs and DVDs. It's easy to use and super portable. Unfortunately, the latch mechanism isn't too reliable after 26 months and the drive pops open on its own, even if I'm watching or burning a disc. I like Lenovo laptops, but this disc drive was a little disappointing.

    Fastest delivert ever!

    It does the job - with that I have no quibbles. The tray feels a bit flimsy, but as I will not be using it all day, every day, so that does not matter. The connections lead could be a bit longer (an extra 10 cm would be nice). The delivery time was blisteringly fast - less than 48 hours from purchase click to knock on the door. And that was coming from Holland to Norfolk, England!

    DVD Burner DB65 player

    Wow! So glad I ordered the DVD Burner DB65 for my Lenovo computer. I needed the external player inorder to access many of my software that operate from a CD and to install some software. The player worked perfectly and I look forward to years of service from it.
