This conditioner smells lovely, but it's otherwise one of the worst conditioners I've ever used. It left my hair very tangled and hard to brush, and once dry made it feel like it was covered in some stiff residue (despite thoroughly rinsing out the product). I really like the Soapbox coconut shampoo, so I'm surprised by how bad this conditioner is.

This shampoo actually made my hair more dry and frizzy. It's knotted and doesn't comb through well. Don't trust all of those "influenster" posts, the product is very drying. It smells nice, that's about it.

Not for all hair types

I have natural wavy/curly hair in a high humidity state. After using the shampoo my hair felt stripped from moisture and hard to even get my fingers through.
