Causes diarrhea?
I tried so many times and found that I have no tolerance for this mix, because it always caused diarrhea somehow, and I tried to find a prescription for the side effects but it was not available.

Unknown Magnesium Levels
Magnesium in this product is mostly magnesium oxide which has extremely low absorption rates. Other forms of magnesium is available in it but their margin aren't specified. We can only assume as a consumer that this product doesn't fulfill the magnesium needs as good as it says.

I like this product because it has Calcium, Magnesium, and Zinc all in one. I have been taking it for several years now, and it helps with the healing. Yes, I would recommend this product, it does its job.

heavy bottle
The one and only thing I don't like about this product is the container - it's a heavy glass jar. Really? Who does that any more? I don't know why Swanson doesn't carry CMZ vitamins, but they need to.

Great but to big
I do find this a great combination; it is easy for me supplement my diet, in only one pill. the only inconvenience is the size of the pill that I find a little big for me.
